i ordered a sample and company is now charging my credit card $78.84. I contacted company to cancel on 12.12.08 with confirmation number 1306629 and my account has not been credited. Please advise. Thank you. Manette Storlie

Scam, don't buy from this company. They charge your account $78.84 for the trial bottle. Ad Reads free trial, just pay shipping charges of $5.95.
The phone numbers don't work, no way to get your money back !! Plus there is an international service fee of $2.37 being charged in addition.

I ordered a risk free trial of acai berry and total cleanse. It said to JUST pay shipping. So I thought, why not, it couldnt hurt. I then found an $86 charge on my checking account. Thank goodness there was a number and I could call and get this taken care of. They cancelled whatever membership I joined and refunded my money. I later noticed that I had a charge from total cleanse for $78. There was no number, so I went online and found out about the scam. I was able to cancel my membership to total cleanse through the online chat, lbut they refused to refund my money. I asked for a number to talk to someone and they gave me one of the many numbers that were posted on this website. I tried calling about 7 different numbers and still got nowhere. I also noticed that I had a $19.95 charge for fit factory. There was also a number listed for them so I called today and cancelled that. They also said that I would receive a refund. These people need to be stopped. Thankfully, I never had any overdrafts, but it is still upsetting that all these people could just take whatever they want from my checking. Hopefully, enough people will complain and this will stop.

Ordered a FREE trial of the product known as Total Cleanse and just pay $5.95 shipping & handling - charge to my credit card. Received product on, or about, November 20th, 2008. On December 21, 2008 my credit card was charged $78 dollars and some odd cents from this company. These were not authorized charges. I gave no consent to my credit card being charged this amount and what was this amount for? Beware, this is not a reputable company. This is not a FREE trial and this is unethical practices and should be turned over to the proper authorities for FRAUD. My credit company did contact me on this and denied the charge, thank heavens, because it would have taken me over my limit. Buyers beware.

Just like everyone else, I couldn't get through on the customer service line to cancel my "order." In order for my bank to reimburse my charges, I have to file an official dispute of unauthorized charges form...and I'm not sure even then if they will reverse the charges. I did go to the ebizprogram.com site and clicked on "live chat" to get the program cancelled, but they wouldn't reimburse my charges. Claimed that the 15 day "trial period" had passed. Well, my $5.95 s/h charges hit my bank account on 12/15 - today is 12/29 and that's 14 days. The agent claimed the product was shipped on 12/10. Who KNOWS what the 15 days were...the documentation that came with the product didn't say anything at all about a cut off date. In any case, you can't get through on the CS number to cancel, and unless you stumble across the ebizprogram.com info like I did here, you'd never know what to do. Live and learn. BTW, the product doesn't work. Big surprise.
