I have not been able to contact the company via phone or mail. Is there a phone # or address available?

I MAY AS WELL BE AN IDIOT WITH YOU ALL! I ordered the FREE TRIAL of Total Cleanse online 10/23/08 and received by November. I was billed the $5.95 S/H which was fine because I agreed to that. Then I was unaware of the automatic shipment that was to follow. There was no notation online about it or the cost. The trial package did not have any information either. The following month I received a white envelope with supplement and wrote denied-return to sender-remove from mailing list. I tried calling the phone # provided 866-320-0038 and could never get through. It was not until I received my second credit card statement with an additional ph#866-938-4832 I finally spoke with someone but was put on hold and it stated it was a child support agency. There is really something fishy here! They stated my account was credited. I called my credit card company and one charge was credited but discovered the second charge was not. Supposedly they credited the returned shipment. I called again and mentioned the second charge and asked what was going on. She informed me that I was charged for the free trial. None of this made any sense. I was billed $78.84 and $84.79. The $78.84 was credited but not the $84.79. The woman stated they received the returned product which would of been $84.79. The $78.84 would of been the free trial since I already paid the $5.95 S/H. This was suppose to be a FREE TRIAL so BEWARE that it isn't. They verbally stated my account was closed but now I worry about them having my credit card number. This matter is still unresolved and has been handed over to my credit card company with documentation. This is such a SCAM and very misleading to the general public. I learned a valuable lesson to NEVER order anything online like this again. Hopefully this helps some of you from making this mistake - Lori

My story is alot like others about total cleanse. I saw this product on a website that was talked about on Oprah and with a doctor about how amazing this product is. Well, I ordered it through a free trial and only had to pay shipping and handling. So i used it for about two weeks and it didn't work for me and it made me so sick I was vomiting for a couple days straight. Then, about 20 days later there is a charge from my debit card that was from total cleanse which they deducted 78.00 from my account. I called and they told me there was nothing I could do since I didn't cancel my membership within the month since I have received the pills. This obviously was not the case and started to get angry. That didn't help at all and they told me there was nothing they could do about it. The same thing happened with the Acai Berry Scam since I ordered them together at the same time. Do yourself a favor and if it sounds too good to be true, it is. Now, they have given me a confirmation number saying the product has been canceled but I guess we'll just have to wait and see.

I ordred the free trial of total cleanse for 3.95. Inside the mailing envelope I didn't find a number to cancel this product. I went to the bank just one day before Christmas only to find that I had been charged 78.84 for a Total Cleanse! Because of this lying, sleezy, cheating company I am now almost 200.00 over drawn. They make unauthorized shipments to you and keep charging your credit card for product that does not work--"Total Cleanse". These people are scam artists.
