disconeccted customer service number
I recieve the Total Cleanse fom the same company. Which was also a free trial. The form i filled out with credit card information also stated that my credit card would not be charged. I recieved a bottle about a month ago and never even opened it. Yesterday i recieved an e mail saying my order had been processed and was being shipped. I tried to call the number at the bottom of the email 1-866-320-0038 and it says my number cannot be completed as dialed.

Unauthorized charge
I signed up to receive the "free" sample of Total Cleanse. I was aware of the $5.95 shipping charge. The shipping fee was debited from my account on 10/27/08. On 11/12.08 I was charged $78.84. A second sample was then shipped to my home. I then called the number on my receipt: 866-320-0038 to cancel the next order. Upon calling the Total Cleanse answering machine picked up to advise of the hours of operation. I placed my call within those hours twice and could not get a person on the line.
My concern is that I will be charged another $78.84 for a product that I no longer want.

SCAM
I ordered Acai Berry and Total Cleanse for shipping charges only. I cancelled Acai Berry, but have not been able to reach Total Cleanse. They have now put 2 charges on my credit card. I called the card co. today to dispute the charges. Please do not deal with this company. They Totally Cleanse you of your money.

I ordered trial Total Cleanse -recd 2 weeks later -the day you had to cancel by, went to the "live chat" to cancel (because of no answer @the phone numbers given - message says to call during business hours -and it was during business hours) got a chat reply that my "subscription" was cancelled.
Rec'd a charge this week on my card.

I ordered free trial of two products that said they were together, Total cleanse and Extreme Berry. I got through to one number and they cancelled my Acai Berry and told me that the other product would be cancelled as well. Today I received an e-mail that process for refill would be going through. I just tried to call their number and no answer. I do not want this product and was told a month ago that everything was cancelled. If it goes through my credit card I will be charged an over draft, because the money is not available right now. I do not want this product, it made me sick.

Unauthorized charges
Saw an internet ad for free body cleansing pills all you had to pay is shipping. Then a month later I get a charge for 78 bucks on my checking account and the number on my bank statement doesn't work!

Extremely Difficult Cancel Future Shipments
I had to call five times in an attempt to cancel future shipments. The first four times I got disconnected after they had me on hold several times each call and claimed they couldn't find my account information, so I had to keep calling back. They also kept acting like they couldn't understand me. They kept misinterpreting my account numbers and my email address, probably hoping I'd get so frustrated I'd hang up. Finally I did get someone who says I won't be billed anymore, but I guess I just have to wait and see. It seemed to me they were purposely hanging up or acting like they lost my info so they wouldn't have to cancel my order.

Do not order this product. This company is a total scam. They get your credit card number, and then keep billing you monthly despite call, emails and chats...to cancel the product.
They put you on hold when you call and then disconnect the phone call after 2 minutes of waiting. If you do get through to them, they argue with you and refuse to cancel the order. You will have to close your account in order to get away from them. In the meantime, they drain your account at the tune of $90 per month.
DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT!!! Call or write to the Attorney Generals office in Florida and lodge a complaint. This is not a legitimate company!!! They will take your money and leave you with worthless pills...
