Fraudulent charges
I ordered the free trial from Total Cleanse and Acai Berry. After the free trial was done I kept receiving more packages form them in the mail. I tried to contact the company to stop them from sending me their product, but kept getting a message that I had called them outside of business areas, and to leave a message. But before you are able to leave a message, it hangs up on you. Meanwhile I have been charges $84 a month for a product I don't use, and want to return.
I am wondering if anyone knows how to contact this company, and get my money back. If anyone knows of a class action lawsuit against them, I would be interested in joining.

no refunds
tried to get a refund since last jan 16, 09 have made numerous call`s to no avail. they are very heplful on the phone and tell you they will look into it and then nothing. by the time they put you though the customer service rep. and them asking all the same info each time, you feel like hanging up. which is probably there intent

Company Will Invade Your Bank Account
I ordered Total Cleanse and immediately regretted it! They got into my bank account and took money EVERY DAY! Every time I went to the bank and submitted the name of the company that was taking my money, the company (out of Boca Rotan, FL) would change their name so that my bank could not stop payment!
I had to completely CLOSE OUT all my bank accounts!
I have no idea why they are still in business.
PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE do NOT send this company your money - you will be so sorry!

Returned the product un opened
Received the medicine and was advised by our doctor not to take this medicine. We returned the medicine unopened. You received the medicine back on May 23, 2009. I tracted the return with the post office.
Please credit my account with this amount of $88.00. My account has been canceled. Thank you

RIP OFF
I DID THE SAME THING FOR 5.95 TRIAL. WHEN THEY TRIED TO CHARGE ME FOR THE MONTH MY BANK CANCELLED IT. THEN THEY GO AND CHARGE MY MOTHERS ACCOUNT FOR IT 3 MONTHS BEFORE SHE REALIZED HER ACCOUNT WAS BEING CHARGED. NOW I WANNA KNOW HOW THEY WERE ABLE TO CHARGE HER ACCOUNT WHEN IT WAS PURCHASED UNDER MY ACCOUNT NUMBER. SO IN REALITY THEY COULDNT CHARGE MY ACCOUNT SO THEY STARTED CHARGING HER ACCOUNT FOR THE TOTAL CLENSE AND ACAI BERRY. OH BY THE WAY THAT CRAP DOES NOT WORK. JUST ANOTHER SCAM. HOW CAN PEOPLE LIVE WITH THEMSELVES, KNOWING THEY RIP OTHERS OFF.

Scam
MSN had add concerning this product and the free trail for shipping cost. Place order and in 3 weeks my account was charged 98.00. Called the company and they said it was atuomactic as per their terms and agreements. There was no terms and agreemnets on the page. Would not let me cancel something i never autorized. There is no talking with these people, it is a big scam and can't believe MSN endorces them. Had to cancel my account and file fruad chgs asgaint the company. I am contacting the attroney general also.

charges
The company keeps putting charges on our credit card with approval, they are turned into the fraud department throught our card and I will also be getting a hold of the better bussiness beuro, about this fraudulant company since they dont want to take phone calls anytime you call them and they will not except the return back or credit your card back.

Refused to refund for product not received
I ordered the free trial but I never received anything. I wasn't worried about it until a charge for 78.84 showed up on my march credit card satement. I contacted the company at the number on my statement to let them know I did not receive the product and request a refund. The customer service rep I spoke to told me that according to their records from usps that I received the product. I explained that regardless what usps said I knew I did not receive it. I was told all they could do was send the information to their corporate office and request an investigation to determine if I should be refunded. I then requested the address and phone number for the corporate office and was told they do not give out that information. There probably is no corporate office and I'm sure there won't be any follow through with me getting a refund. I agree with everyone who says this is nothing but a scam. Now I have to waste my time and my credit card company's time disputed this charge to get my money back. I hope anyone considering the product reads this first - I wish I had.

Never received product, but was billed
I ordered Total Cleanse six weeks ago and never received the product. However, I was charged for $78.84. I just discovered the phone number for the company and will call. I also will call my bank to have the charge removed and to let them know that this is an unauthorized charge.

"Free Trial" Scam
BEWARE of the "free trial" offered by Total Cleanse. One you have paid the $5.95 shipping and handling, you will have 15 days to CALL and CANCEL this "free trial" or you will be charged over $78 for your trial. THEN, you will find yourself automatically enrolled in a monthly delivery system in which you will be charged over $84 per shipment. SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!!
