I was linked to a woman's testimonial via Facebook and found this wonderful little deal. Free samples of Acai Berry and Total Cleanse. I only had to pay for shipping.

What they fail to make obvious is that if you do not return the 'free sample' within 15 days, the card you used to pay for shipping will get billed the full price of the 'free sample' you received. In may case, $85.15 for the Acai and I have yet to be charged for the Total Cleanse as my 15 days are not up yet. This morning, once I realized what was happening, I tried to call Total Cleanse to cancel my trial... which went well. I received a confirmation email and all (however, it did not include a confirmation number, which I thought was odd). Anyway, I tried again to call the same number four times today to return my free sample... and it was a dead-end. I would be on hold for about 5 minutes and then 'click', the other end would hang up. Total rip-off!

I've been reading tons of horror stories regarding this company on several other sites. Even though people have canceled their accounts, they are still getting billed on their credit cards. I used a debit card to pay for my shipping. I'm pretty much screwed out of the $85.15, but I've gone ahead and canceled my debit card to ensure no more future charges. Hopefully that will work.

This company is a total scam... and I'm not sure how they are allowed to still be operating. Great timing too... just in time for Christmas. Jerks.

November 19th, 2008 I ordered a trial offer of the product Total Cleanse and when I tried to cancel the subscription (within the 10 day trail period) so $79.47 would not be taken out of my account, I could not reach them by phone (866-320-0038) or e-mail support@sflnutrition. I sent many e-mails and received no confirmation. Now $79.47 was taken out of my account on 12/18/2008. When the $5.95 was taken out of my account on my statement it showed TOTAL CLEANS 866-320-0038 FL US 60280, the when the $79.47 was taken out of my account, it showed on the statement EASYBODYCLEANSPRO 877-300-3766 GB 60541. I had contacted my bank asking them not to pay any money out of my account to Total Cleanse 866-320-0038, because I couldn't contact the company to discontinue my subscription. Now I have been charged for the samr product but through a different company.

JUST GOT OFF THE PHONE WITH TOTAL CLEANSE THE PHONENUMBER IS 888-843-4021. CALL THEM TO COMPLAIN - WHAT A SCAM!!!

Same boat as everyone else here. My suggestion would be to report them to the Federal Trade Commission, Consumer Protection division. Much more clout than Better Business Bureau let the Feds investigate their business practices with regards to this 'Free Trial' I already reported another company to the FTC regarding these scams. If anyone can make them return the money my guess is that the FTC would be the ones to do it, either that or a class action lawsuit which could cost the company more to defend than they got ripping off people.

Dear Sir or Madam:

A long time ago I ordered a FREE sample of Total Cleanse, paid for the S&H. Then on 12-04-08 I was charged for $89.31 for an order I did NOT place. I called them (under the name of FastMelts at 1-877-859-1069) and they promised me to refund the money and to cancel the "order". Now, today, 12-16-08 I was charged again. This time under the name of Total Cleanse and for an amount of $78.84. I called them at 1-866-320-0038 and 1-786-554-2446, but both numbers are constantly "busy" or give you a mechanical message, which does not let you go any further, there is absolutely no way to get through to them. They apparently think, they can get away with it. I called my bank and they will send me forms to dispute this charge. Is there any way to stop these scammers (Total Cleanse & Fit Factory) from continuing their evil business?
