yep!!thank god I read all the complaints about this and the acai berry. shame on oprah and rachel ray for this!! i like everyone else thought that this was a great idea. I ordered my 2 trial product on Nov. 28th the acai pure and total cleanse . They gave me my confirmation #'s for both productsthe acai was supposedly will be shipped in 24 hrs. The total cleanse was suppose to be here on the 11th of Dec. Today is the 15th of Dec and still no product. They took $ out of my account the day I ordered it + extra. My bank called me the next day about the transactions because I never order on the internet and made me aware of this. The $ was returned back in to my account and today the transaction for the total cleanse went out again for 5.95. I called my bank and cancelled my card. The account is both my husbands and I's and this company really needs to be punished. None of their #'s or live chat lines worked. We should send all of our complaints to OPRAH, RACHEL RAY, & the media since they are the ones that signed on with this company. Why should we be the ones to be taken advantage of.. THis really PISSES ME OFF.

I made an order for trial offers from a marketing website that links you to 2 subwebsites that are runned from SFL Nutrition LLC. The order was place on Nov. 4. All phone numbers that appeared on the websites weren't working 1-866-320-0038 gave you a message saying "the phone is not activated" Then I got charged for the amount of 89.31 on Nov. 18 and I quickly got on the net. I put the phone number in a search and I got tons of websites with complaints of different people. I kept looking unitl I found one that gave me addres and alternative phone numbers to cancel orders. I called the number and the employee very surprised asked me how I got that number and I told him for a lot of complaint in the web world about you guys.
Finally they gave me a comfirmation number for a refund and for a cancellatioon on Nov. 18. Waiting for the refund I got another charge for the amount of 78.84. Now the 320.0038 is working with these messages 1. during the day "Your call can not be process at this time" 2. after 6pm "the working hours are from 9am to 6pm eastern time please call at business hours.

Today I got on the SfL Nutrition LLC web page and saw a live chat and I got into. They made me wait almost 5 mnts to answser. I explained the employee everything and his answer was that the first chart is not been done by his company and I say YES, SAY IN THE BANK INFORMATION CLEASE, BOCA RATON so don't try to play with me.

Then he say that they are going to review the account to comfirm the order. I don't want to make this boring for you guys.

BUT DO NOT ORDER FROM ANY PRODUCT THAT COMES FROM SFL NUTRITION, LCC. All t his marketing webpages are link to that compnay the akai, total clease, and other free trials. is a total scamm business going on between false information, fraud, false advertising. I had to cancel my account with the bank and open a new one and they credit my charges because they call themselve to see if was a fraud or not and they find out that was a fraudulent activity. The bank tried all the numbers, checked all the websites linked. and they found that all is link to the same company and the same address. Even if you place the name of one of the owners on the web search appears a documentation from the Pharma board of Utah asking the person why somebody answer the phone on the pharma premisess late at night and you can see his answers in there, it is a total scam with this guy his name is Juan Zuetta and he have other companies at his name like: aton solution that is a computer business, GiC, LLC, SFL Nutrition, LLC, and to complete this is the information you get from those companies at the white pages: GIC SHIPPING DEPT

Please scream out your voice to friends and collagues at work to avoid any bargain with the companies that this person represent. They are going to rip off your account in pieces. They think that people don't look and don't search..well I searched and I found very valueble information ..all the webpages and phone numbers are link to that addres above. He is a "computer expert" and he is trying to use his expertise to rip off the customers.. I am just waiting for a nice visit he may ricieve soon and they will give for free to him a orange suit that he will wear every single day.

I wish I had read this complaint before I fell for the Total Cleanse SCAM!!!
Don't order the "free" sample -- they will continue charging your account and there's nothing you can do to stop it.
The phone number they give you sends you to a recording.
I've tried everything to get my $160 back that they've charged so far, and there's nothing I can do.
Please save yourself from this horrible dillema and tell everyone else who is considering it!!
I haven't even received the supplements that they've billed me for, not that I'd want them anyway.
What a mess!
This company needs to be taken down!!
