Ordered the free trail on line and agreed to a free trial and agreed to pay $5.95 shipping and handling. I woke up a week later with a $89 charge on my account and a fake number to call and when I went to look up the website it was a link to this site for complaints about the same scam.

It's a SCAM
I tried to cancel my order on the 14th day of my free trail and the number that I was given stated that the number wasn't a working number yet. I then tried to email the company but still no response. I tried calling the number from my cell phone finally got through but still wasn't successful with getting a refund. They claim someone was going to call me back within 24 hours. That didn't happen!!! I ask to speak with a manager or a supervisor, they told me that they didn't have a manager but the supervisor was busy and wouldn't be able to talk to me for 3 to 5 hours. I just kept getting the run around. I think that we all need to come together a sue these people!!! I'm sure we all are people that don't have money to loose. I know that my family is being effected by this.

charged my checking account
I ordered the Total cleanse product in November and I recieved it two weeks later. During that time I tried calling to cancel my order because it does tell you that after the trial period you will be billed. Well the number they give you to call 1-866-320-0038 ( I have memorized it since I call it so often) no one ever answers. Now my account was debited for $81.21, and I have not even received any new pills. Then when you go to the website that is on the debit information (bestpurecleanse.com), they explain that to return the product it must be sent to another address and that it will not be processed it has been marked "return to sender." The only way it will be processed is if it has a RMA number on it and the only way to get an RMA number is to call 1-866-320-0038, which no one ever answers. I have written to them in hopes of recieving some type of feedback.

What a scam
I ordered my 14-day trial of both the Total Cleanse and Acai Berry 500. It took 12 days to receive the Acai Berry and 13 days to receive the Total Cleanse. By the time I received the Acai Berry, the weekend was here and I did not have time to cancel it. The company charged me $89.31 before my 14-day trial was up. I emailed the address it listed to cancel, but they said I must have the wrong company and that I didn't get charged through them. Then I called my bank. Luckily they were able to get me a phone number (1-877-859-1105). I called and it was a company named 'Myeztrim' (never heard of them). Fortunately I was able to speak with someone and he told me he would reverse the charges. I was skeptical, but I just checked my bank account and the reverse was made.
I was not as lucky with Total Cleanse. Although the charges to my bank account have not yet happened, when I try to call and cancel within the 14-day period, the phone number first asks you for an access code. When you can't enter one, it hangs up on you, then when you call back it doesn't even pick up. It already has the phone number you called from registered somewhere and it won't let your call go through. The worst part is that when I spoke with my bank, they can't really do anything. I do not know the name of the company that it will use to withdraw the money and I don't even know the amount they will charge me. I have to wait until it happens, then file some report with my bank to get the charges reversed.
If anyone has success with getting through to Total Cleanse, please post it so the rest of us can have it too.
What a SCAM!!!

Cannot cancel
I have tried to call and cancel this product NUMBEROUS times and have been unsuccessful. I dial the 1-866-320-0038 and get hung up on every time I call. HOW CAN YOU CANCEL SOMETHING WHEN NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE. ...I have left e-mails and no one returns those either. I would not recommend this product AND ESPECIALLY THE COMPANY for anyone to do business with . They have NO NO NO NO customer service. . I WANT MY MONEY BACK, THAT THEY STOLE FROM MY CHECKING ACCOUNT ...
