My wife ordered the free 15-day trial bottle of Total Cleanse. Paid the shipping fees and thought we were good to go. Turns out if you don't read the Terms and Conditions 5-10 times over to make sure you understand it you get screwed.

You get the bottle and then have 15 days to say you either like it or dislike it. If you do nothing, you get charged $78.84 for the bottle YOU ALREADY RECIEVED and then get billed for subsiquent shipments. Here's a copy of the return policy for anyone that needs it.

This is such a rip off. Tried to return product, still charged long before the trial period was up.

I ordered this product, received it, and when I called to cancel my account so that I would not automatically be charged 78.84, the phone number listed was never answered. This, and Acai are both total scams, steer clear and report to the BBB.

I have tried for a week to cancel the "membership" status and get $78.84 reimbursed that was charged to my bank card (which I have just cancelled). I have sent emails to their email site which is" [email protected] and no response. I've tried calling every number that I have heard about to reach the company and I continually get disconnected.

Greetings: My case is a little different. I purchased a product called "Colon RX" last month for $5.95 (shipping handling only). Then today I get a charge from Total Cleanse for almost $80.00. I don't even have the product! I'm going to my bank tomorrow to recitfy. Companies like this really make me not want to purchase on the internet anymore. This doesn't make Ophra look very good when she endorses the product. Same on Total Cleanse!!
