scam
I to was scamed, but was able to get through to cancel 1-866-234-7606 and for Acai berry 1-888-513-5775. You will have to wait at least 15 min so hang in there. I asked the CS person where they were located and she said the Phillipines so I don't know if we'll ever get our money back, highly doubtful. I already called my bank and will cancel my debit card, and I suggest the same for anyone else.

I can't get ahold of this company. I too have had money taken from from my account in the $78.84. Yhe phne Number 1-866-320-0038 hangs up on you after about 1 minute. The 800-320-0038 as suggested asks for an access code. Any one have any ideas?

Can't Cancel
I order the free trail $5.95 in Oct. I received it in Nov. 2008. I see that they changed me from my acct. Dec. 5, 2008 for $78.84, which I didn't give any ok to to that. I tryed calling no answer, I e-mail them to stop charging me. Havn't received an answer. When they taking money from my acct. I notice, then used a diffient name. they use Bestpurecleanse, with # 888-820-2656. I want them to stop taking money from my acct. Which I didnt tell to do so.

Unauthorized charges
I signed up for a free trial of this product that advertised that you only pay shipping and handling for $5.95. A month later they are making unauthorized charges to my bank account saying that I signed up for a subscription and did not cancel within 15 days. I did not even receive the product to give it a try within those 15 days and I did not read anything about further obligation or agree to the same. This is a scam and they are getting a lot of money from a lot of people and refuse to reverse the charges when you call them and tell them the charge was unauthorized. They also refuse to let you speak to a supervisor. Someone should file a class action lawsuit against them.

product doesn't work and can't cancel
I ordered the free trial in November and received it. Tried to contact the company with various numbers that all disconnect while you are holding. They have just taken 78.84 out of my account and I can't contact them.

I did not order the product that was shipped to me and I did not authorize the company to debit my account. I want my money back and to be taken off the list for any further debits from my account.

Unauthorized Charges
I originally called on 11-17-08 to cancel this product & was given a cancel # by a lady named Jen. Then I received another month supply. I have cancelled this product twice now & still receive the product & my credit card is being charged $84.79. I have called the number given on the statement & I was told on Thursday 12-04-08 by a guy named Rex that this product would be cancelled & that he was unable to give me a cancel # but I would receive it via email, he verified my email address with me & I have yet to receive a cancellation email & I have tried to call the number back & it tells you to go to this website which is no help. Rex also told me that he had escalated my complaint to the refund dept. & I would hear from them within 24-48 hours & I have heard nothing from them.

SCAM
Just like the rest of you I cannot contact this company to cancel and get a refund. Put a complaint in with the BBB. I had to go close my bank account and start a new one because of this nightmare. DO NOT EVER order from this company. They charged me almost 170.00 in two weeks! I'm pissed about it. If anyone from this company is reading this my order number is 585165 and my attorney is going to find a way to get in touch with you...

do not want product
I ordered a free sample of Total Cleanse and do not want to order any more product. I want to contact the company to make sure they do not send to me or charge me for additional product. the toll free number only sends me to this site. I need help in contacting this company. I do not authorize them to charge any product to my credit card.

I want my money back for this product that I did not authorize payment for
I ordered a trial size of Total Cleanse and these scam artists have hit my bank account for $78 for a product that I never ordered. If someone can help me recoup my money or tell me how to go about contacting this company please let me know. I have not ordered this and I want to find out how to get my money back. They have a number but you cannot talk to anyone and no one calls you back. I am thinking about calling the better business bureau and finding out what to do legally about this company.
