Fraud
Once I ordered and called to cancel, found the phone number did not work. Then found all the compaints posted. Tried all the numbers, but got now where. Did the live chat and took about an hour, but got it cancelled. Make sure to read the fine print before submitting an order, they will get you every time.

Took two weeks to finally get them
Well, I ordered the trial of Total Cleanse and Acai Berry. I received the Total Cleanse and am still waiting on the Acai Berry. In the mean time, a charge from Fit Factory for $29.95. When I called to cancel, they were very nice. Then I procede to contact Acai Berry and Total Cleanse to cancel with them. I got in touch with Acai Berry (finally) by calling Fit Factory back and getting the number (801) 528-1391. Now, today, after two weeks of trying to contact Total Cleanse by the number given, I FINALLY got this number: (786) 554-2446. It took awhile to get them on the phone, but I got it! I even tracked down the distribution place in Boca Rotan, FL and they had no phone number! I called the messenger business next door to find out! DO NOT ORDER!

SCAM
This product is a scam!! I ordered the trial bottle of extreme acai berry & total cleanse for 5 something a bottle. I have been charged 253$ to my debit card. I tried to get ahold of them but the phone number doesnt work and i emailed them twice with no response. Who ever this money is going to I hope you have a nice christmas with it you a##holes, because 253$ of my money that i planned on spending towards christmas is now yours because of your scam. I am very upset with this whole company. I am cancelling my debit/bank account tomorrow.

phone number not assigned to cancel
Ordered a free trail sample - paid for shipping-did not read fine print that I would be getting this everymonth, It it being charged to my credit card. The phone number is not assigned-doesn't ring. Have called Acai - I got a phone number last evening from a gal named Heather - the number does not exist. This is just another stupid scam to get peoples credit card numbers so they can charge up their bill. I have called my states Better Business Bureau with a complaint. They will be looking into the company. Have put a block on my credit card as of today. If I receive any more bottles in the mail they will be returned to the address where it has been shipped from. Guess I am not the only person who got duped.

unauthorized deduction from my account
i was charged only suppose to be charged for shipping and handling...and now it is two months in a row they are taking money our of my account. I have tried several #'s to call and no answer ...i am so upset with myself that i fell for this. DON NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT... i am now disputing the charges and i had to get a new card...

Unauthorized purchase
This is a SCAM!!! OMG, and I fell for it!!! I, as well as 100's of other people have lost money to these people. I want my $78.84 back! I authorized a debit of $5.95 for the shipping and handling, but then the not only debited my account for this amount but they also debited my account for &78.84. I called them and have held for over an hour. I emailed them and didn't get a response. I just recently sent them a certified letter-at the advise of my bank- an now am awaiting for their response.
