866# not valid to canel orders
I ordered a trial size of Total Cleanse and have now been sent a larger bottle/charrged to my card. I want to cancel any future shipments which can't be done on their website and the # 1866 320 0038 doesn't work. This way they can continue to charge my account and I need this stopped ASAP! This is definitely fraud as far as I am concerned. Help!

I ordered this product and have not received it. This was a link to the Acai products and was supposed to be used together. What a scam!

Charging account/ numbers no good
I have been trying to cancel this order since the end of October, which was before the 15 days and have called the numbers listed below as well as the emails and have been successful. I ran across this site and saw where the individual said go to the Live Chat and I did that today and I actually was able to chat with a representative, or what ever they choose to call themselves. I did receive a cancel confirmation via email and did print a copy of our chat. I was still unsuccessful in getting a refund as they deducted from my credit card 3 times. Beware and hope this helps.

Did not order it and they charged me
I paid for $5.95 for a free trial of cleansing pills. Then I noticed that my bank statement was debited for another $78.84. I did not reorder, not did I get the product. I can no longer find their website or phone #. I thought this was a legitimate company because they featured Oprah. My bank is investigating but meanwhile, in order to stop more unathorized charges, I needed to cancel my debit card. This comes at a bad time since I am traveling out of the country next week and will not have a new debit card by then!!! These people should be ashamed of themselves.

i was ripped off
i thought this was a free trial sans the shipping which i paid and now they are charging my account $160 which i DO NOT HAVE !!! i am totally pissed off that there is no way to reach them by phone etc. what do i do now ???

Sending product I didn't sk for and billing me $78.00 for it.
I ordered 1 bottle of total-cleanse for a shipping only price of $5.95. I got the product and it is completely useless. A month later I got another bottle (of 60 capsules) and was billed $78.84 plus $5.95 shipping. All attempts to call were unsuccessful. I was put on hold for 20 minutes and then hung up on.This happened several times.This is clearly a scam. How Oprah and Dr. Oz and Amazon.com can feature these guys is above me. I'll do what I have to do to go after these guys.

problem
Received notice of product being sent 11-18-08 at 10:11am by email, received notice of product being declined by my credit card 11-18-08 at 12:48 pm... per my crediit union money was processed 11-18-08... I am unable to reach said company by phone or email... when you do get someone to answer the phone you are on hold for ever... THIS COMPANY SUCKS AND THE PRODUCT IS NO MORE THAN A LAXATIVE... THE TRUTH NEEDS TO BE TOLD!!!

Awful company
I found the add for this product on Facebook, and thought I'd give it a try. 14 day free trial, how can you go wrong. I read the fine print which stated that the trial period would start once the product was shipped, it also lead you to believe that it would ship the next day. I should have been suspicious when there was no confirmation e-mail sent, to thank me for my order, and give complete order details. One thing was for sure... they took the shipping and handling right away.
The real kicker here, is that it took 12 days for me to even receive the product which, gives me in all actuality a 2 day trial period... I blew my top 7 days prior feeling gypped and suckered big time. I spent hours calling that bogus 866 # which kept hanging up two seconds after it would connect. I called information to have them check the line. I tried going through toll free directory assistance with no luck.
Ive called almost every 15 mins today with no avail. The phone would ring...they would say this call is important to us... and your call will be answered in the order it was received... then instead of music I get the message that the office is closed and to please call back during regular business hours mon-fri 9-6... the message would repeat, then hang up.
On top of it all, I used my bank card (stupid me) and now I have to file a grievance, in order to keep this company from draining my account. Which I had to do earlier this year because of a virus scam. This company has mead me fell like a big sucker... Do not let it happen to you!!!
My last ditch attemt lead me here, I googled the phone # to find out its bogus... There should be a law against this types of companies... If you see the add for Total Cleanse, run... run as fast as you can from these rip-off artist...

Can Not Get Ahold of anyone. Need them to stop charging account!!
I ordered a free trial offer bottle of Total Cleanse Oct. 18th and have been trying to get ahold of someone since 1 week after!! All #'s dont work and I cant find anything for an address. I need to know how to stop them from charging my account! I can't afford for them to be doing this. I need help!
