REFUND
This company charged my card for the product after I cancelled my order for $78.84 on 3/17, then I finally got a rep on the phone on 3/25 and was issued a RMA# to return the product, but was told I would only get 70% of my money back. Then on 3/26 they charged my card AGAIN for $84.79!!! And I just received another bottle TODAY. I don't want their product. I want my money back!!! Please help.

Refund
I got my money back from total cleanse! 423.95 - 5 months worth of them sending me this crap!

If it helps at all, I was online with them for 1.5 hours and did not give up! I was getting no where so I finally told them that I would go to the BBB, every national news station, as well as I would contact the FBI. They immediately caved and refunded all of the bottles.

Hope this will help all of you that have been apart of their scam!

Not fulfilling stated terms
The ad vertisement for total cleanse stated that if you decided not to yse the product within 15 days and it was returned, the the offer was over. I returned the product within 15 days and I then received another bottle with an invoice. They provide a number to call (24 hrs) but noone ever answers.

Unauthorized billing
I ordered a $5.95 trial product. The advertisement said 'No Risk', 'Free Trial, pay only shipping fees.' I was then billed $84.79 to my credit card and received another bottle of the product I did not authorize. The invoice with the product says: 'Upon receipt, you'll have 15 days for the date that the product was shipped, to evaluate and see the results for yourself.' ... 'You are not obligated to purchase after you receive your free trial bottle and you may cancel anytime by calling 866-320-0038 or Chat Live at www.MyTrialSupport.com within the 15 day cancellation period.' The product was shipped allegedly on 02/26/09 and I received it 03/14/09, well past the 15 day cancellation period.

I tried calling the number they give for cancellation and I get a recording: 'This number can not be reached from your calling area.' I tried the Chat Live at www.MyTrialSupport.com and received no response to my request for cancellation. I called Bank of America (my credit card company) and found that they charged me $29.95 for the Chat Live assistance.

There is no way to reach the company to cancel the shipments, and the invoices also state: 'We cannot process or refund packages marked 'Return to Sender''. This company is making it impossible to cancel the product shipments and the recurring charges that I have not authorized.

Can not cancel order
I received trial offer and I did not work for me..when I attempted to cancel I was unable to get anyone by phone or on the chat line that was listed on the packaging. How do I stop this from continuing without cancelling my checking account..

RIP OFF!
This company is a big scam. We all need to start complaining to Visa / Mastercard & Amex to have there merchant id taken away so they cannot process credit cards any longer. They trick you in for a free sample and dont let you know that they will bill you $85.00 per month. Each time you call they say they will creidt and stop and they do not only to see $85.00 billed again. People on the phone are from the Phillipines. NO USA numbers or addresses. STAY AWAY! A SCAM!

Unauthorized billing
DO NOT order Total Cleanse products which also go by ColonXR or Acai Berry - the product are worthless and the company is a scam. They only give you 14-days to cancel your trial order but it takes almost that long to receive the product giving no time for an actual trial. Then when attempting to contact the company, you'll be lucky to get through to the company and when you do, the agents are less than helpful.

The customer records are not updated with each phone call and agent therefore the story has to be told oever and over and over again to each person. You will be put on hold for several minutes while the agent is supposedly writing up their report in regards to your complaint. Supervisors and managers are unavailable to be spoken with, the live chat website does not work.

When attempting to dispute charges on your bank account, they will say the charge is noted as failed on their end and require a detailed account of the charge from your bank faxed to them. The fax number does not work and when complaining about that, the agents continue to claim that it does even though they hear the message from the fax machine saying the number is invalid. I did cancel my account in January with one charge thereafter and have not received another shipment or another charge since then but have been battling for 6 weeks to get a refund for the invalid charge in January which came one week after I canceled.

Unable to reach, bait and switch
I got suckered from television adds to call for a 15 day home trial. I gave them my card number for the 5.95 Shipping and Handling. 14 days later the shipment arrived. The letter enclosed said that the 15 day trial started on the shipping date. The bottle contained 60 capsules. The bottle instructions stated that the dosage was 1-2 daily. On the 23 of Feb, one week after receiving the bottle I was billed $79.95. I immediately attempted to call the number I found. I stayed on the phone for over one hour. The music playing was nasty sounding and looking back, it was designed to get me to hang up. After over an hour I hung up. The first week in March I was billed $84.95. At this point I contacted Wells Fargo Bank and explained my dilemma. They sent out a form letter for me to fill out and return. When I called them they advised be to return the original unused portion and request a refund. I have been searching the internet for over an hour looking for a physical address, no luck.
By the way, the product had absolutely no effect.

Order free trial and now getting order every month for $84.79. Tried calling phone# 1-866-320-0038 and noone answers. Tried email address and it says that it has been discontinued or no later in sevice.

Unauthorized charges to credit card
I was charged two different charges of $78.84 plus shipping because I did not read the disclaimer. After talking to them today and telling them I would dispute the charges with my credit card company they agree to credit my card less shipping for both charges, which I agreed would be ok. I received one shipment of the product after the trial offer but sent it back "return to sender". At that time I talked to a representative to tell them to stop shipments that I had not authorized. I have talked to the service department several times and have had no trouble reaching a service representative. Now I just have to wait to see that the charges are in fact credited to my account. They told me today to call back if I did not see a credit within 10 days.
