total fake!!!!!!!!
I ordered the free trial. It stated if you called before 15 days you would not be charged further and that you keep the free trial. When i received the product i called immediately much to my surprise the number was out of service???? I called my credit card immediately they told me what to do. This is a product that we see on Oprah so i think well she wouldn't do anything twisted or to hurt her fans???? Well i'm not saying its her fault at all. However i am dissapointed she would promote the product.

unreachable to cancel product
I need a phone number for Total Cleanse to cancel. I received a 14-day 'free trial' bottle today and do not want to continue due to the price. I cannot get ahold of them with the number they have provided.
I DO NOT want to be charged 85.00 automatically with my "next shipment" - I need your help to get in touch with TOTAL CLEANSE.

Not able to cancel
I ordered the free trial of this product and assumed that they would have a way to contact them to tell them if I wanted to continue with the pills. My husband and I checked our account information about a month later and it said we had a negative balance. Two days later I got a bottle of pills and a bill for 85 dollars!! I never authorized this and when I called the number listed to cancel it told me the number hasn't been assigned and now today it was busy. This is rediculous and I will be going to the bank with the receipt and filling a dispute and stopping payment on any further charges. Whoever is doing this is a sick individual and Oprah should be sued for recommending it. That's probably how she has so much money to give away free things. How many more scams are you in on Oprah?

Unable to cancel; non-working phone number
The phone number provide by the company is not a working number; I could not cancel the product before another supply was sent and I was charged.

Cannot call to cancel as telephone number has been disconnected and there is no listed address or web site where you can cancel any further orders.

I haven't been able to get through to the company to return the product. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB in Florida.

bogus phone number for cancelling order
I ordered Total Cleanse online. This was a free trial order with the option to cancel within 14 days. I have been calling for a week and the number that was given on the website: 1-866-320-0038 is not a working number. I am now online at a Chat window trying to cancel my order and I am being told that the wait is 53 minutes and 52 seconds. This product is not working for me and I do not want to be charged but I am unable to cancel my order.

Scam
I ordered the Total Cleanse internal cleansing formula which is advertised online for $5.95
The product doesnt even work well.. and after a month or so they charge your card 2 or 3 more times for hundreds of dollars. This scam needs to stop. I contacted my bank and they will pursue an investigation and credit my account.

Want to cancel, cannot make contact
I want to cancel any future orders as this product does not work, but the phone number they provide - 1866-320-0038 IS DISCONNECTED! What a total scam. If anyone has any luck with another phone number or way to contact Total Cleanse, please let me know.

can not get intouch with them
I order the trial sample of this product, upon trying to cancel before i was charged the monthly fee i found out their is NO WAY to contact them. I was lucky to find this website because i was able to find out how to cancel...go to SFL NUTRITION website and use their live chat.
I did get another number from the agent 1-888-820-2656...if anyone needs it. Good luck. Oh and i turned them into the better business bureau, i suggest everyone do so.
