product is junk, can't make contact with company
This product was offered as a trial along with Extreme Acai Berry for which the cost would be $5.95 shipping and handling.
My checking account was charged $ 86.31 and I have been unable to contact the company

On 11/10 they debited my crdeit card without approval in an amount of $78.84
I received a 30 day free offer to try their product at the cost for shipping only.
I am in the process of using the product to see if it works for me. I did not authorize an order of the product on 11/10 for an amount of $78.84. They debited my credit card without my approval. I want my monies returned/ my credit card balance in the amount of $78.84.

I'm afraid to be charged the 80 dollars and they don't have an accurate phone number so I can't cancel the order. What can I do?

Can's stop auto billing
I tried the free trail in September 2008 and was unable to cancel the order. Unless a customer calls to cancel, they continue to send a monthly supply. Total Cleanse has already charged my Visa $78 and $84 for October and November but I have not received any additional product. It is not true that you "can cancel any time" since you can't reach them by phone. The terms and conditions are deceptive. Thankfully, Visa will return the charges made by Total Cleanse.

scam/bad numbers to cancel
Just as many of you others thought, I too thought this was too good to be true. When I tried to read the terms and conditions it was an invalid link. I checked my statement and even the $5.95 shipping is not showing as pending or processed anymore. The number on the Order Summary is not valid but of course they all said it is. 866-320-0038 does not work! I went to the online chat had to wait 25 minutes but finally Jessica came on and I clearly stated date and time that I wanted my account cancelled. Then asked for a valid phone number in case there were any further issue's. She gave me the 888-582-8080, it did answer as a customer support line and I've been listening to it now for 9 minutes, so who knows but she stated she did cancel any future charges and shipments. Nothing more than the $5.95 will be billed.

Scam
I've seen people say that this is not a scam and to read the terms and conditions...It is a scam when you don't have a valid number to reach them at!! I have tried NUMEROUS numbers to call to "cancel" my "membership" after seeing another website about this and none work! I never got any confirmation e-mail so I had to do my own research to track down a number. I am now on the phone and have been on hold "due to the unusually high volume of calls" (shocking!) after getting the charge on my bank card (for $89.31!) where a number was displayed. You better believe I have filed a IC3 (Internet Crime Complaint Center - www.ic3.gov) complaint that investigates internet fraud. I also was charged for the Acai Berry from Fit Factory and received a refund so hopefully (if I can reach someone) will have the same result.

Total Cleanse
Do not fall for Total Cleanse free trial. The customer service number 1833-320-0038not a valid number. I had to cancel my card within the 15 day trial period before they charge me the $84 fee. Cancel your card if you have signed up for this trial. Never use your debit card. Lucky for me AMEX was very quick and helpful with this issue. If they try to charge my card after cancellation, AMEX will dispute it for me. So contact your credit card company now and cancel before you get charged any more. I have not consumed any of the product in fear it might mess with my organs. In the future do not fall for these free trial. Big lesson learner.

hard to cancel
I finally found a number that worked to cancel my Total Cleanse account. It was 1-866-938-4832. All of the other numbers 800-320-0038 and 866320-0038 were disconnected when I tried them. I also tried the BBB and they didn't even have a working number for the company. Thanks to the person on "complaints" who put out the number that worked! I hope that this helps someone else reach the company!

Fraud
When ordering Total Cleanse free trial it automatically signes you up for several other products. While I had to call multiple times, I was able to cancel the FitFactory (866-407-1022)without any issue and received a refund.
However, it was quite a task to cancel the Total Cleanse! The phone number given on their website is not a working number (866-320-0038) and you can not return the product without an RMA.
I was able to find a website that you can use the live chat to cancel the order, sflnutrition.com
I received an email cancellation confirmation and also emailed myself a copy of the chat for future reference.
I will be more aware next time, remember...they have to pay for the "free trial" somehow!
