not answer phones
I ordered this product along with the Acai Berry and am now getting multiple charges on my account. The Acai Berry # did answer and they appear to cancel the charges (will wait to see) they gave me confirmation numbers for 3 programs that they automatically enroll you in when you order. On the same day I ordered the Total Cleanse progam and if this first treatment is what I can expect with TC then I do not want it as well. I cannot find if they have me as a participant or not and want to cancel but noone answers the phone it keeps saying to call back later.

cannot reach a good number to cancel
The Acacia Berry and Total Cleanse Items which are so widely advertised on tv and Oprah and the internet...phone numers do not work to cancel. I finally reached a number on Acacia Berry, they gave me a cancellation number not sure if it will actually cancel my next order...haven't gottne my free order.
I feel we are being scammed and it is being promoted by tv stations ...

Fraud and cheating
I did order the trial of Extreme Acai berry and was able to cancel with the number provided with no problem, HOWEVER, I have not received the acai berry product free trial as of yet. I did not have the same result with TOTAL CLEANSE. I DID RECEIVE THE PRODUCT but was unable to get through to cancel using the number they provided 1-866-320-0038. After reading on the internet, I discovered another phone number to try 1 (800) 903-3002 I HAD TO WAIT ON HOLD FOR A BIT, AND PROVIDE MY ORDER NUMBER, BUT I WAS ABLE TO CANCEL IN TIME.
Good luck to those of you still needing to cancel.

Total Scam
Like others, I order the trial of Total Cleanse and have spent the past four weeks trying to get through on the phone to cancel any future shipments with no success. All I get is a recording saying all circuits are busy. This is a complete rip off as I've been charged twice in the past two weeks with no product to show for it! And I didn't want it! I'm trying to work with the bank to dispute the charges and get my money back as well as cancel any future charges. This company is completely ridiculous and I can't believe Oprah would back this company.

Total Cleanse phone number does not work to cancel. They are a scam. Try this website to cancel. You will need to go to the Live Chat and then request to cancel and not be charged. (demand)

There are two areas on that front page that say live chat.
on the top it says... Home products service Live chat.
Hope this helps!!! I finally got to cancel just this week! After 3 weeks of trying to call the company.

Customer Service Number does NOT WORK

fraud
I ordered the product on-line and tried to cancel the order the next day. I have tried for the past few days to contact them throughout the day and evening. I cannot get through on the phone. I got a recording and was on hold for 30 minutes, then was cut off. After trying to call back, it either hangs up, says the number is not assigned yet or says that all circuits are busy.
I have cancelled my credit card so that I will not be billed for any future products they may try to send out.

SCAM
Telephone Number just rings and rings and now I am getting a message say the number has not been assigned yet. You need to call this number to get a RMA number to return your free trial and you can't get through to do this. They charged me my shipping fee, but I finally decided to cancel my credit card so I don't get charged anymore after reading all of the complaints.

Can't cancel!!
I can't get through to cancel! I call the 866-320-0038 number, but it says, "You have reached the number 866-320-0038 that is not assigned yet." What the hell is going on!!! I do not want to continue my order!! I want to cancel!!! How do I stop this order?!!! Thre's no web address or anything!! Just this phony number!!! I wish I never would have ordered it! Somebody PLEASE tell me how to cancel!!! What a scam!!
