I suggest that both Total Cleanse and My EZ Trim are connected. At the same time I ordered the ACAI Berry from My EZ Trim, I ordered Total Cleanse, on a whim and gave them each authorization to take shipping charges of 3.95 and 5.95, EZ Trim and Total Cleanse, consecutively. My account was charged the $3.95 and a confirmation email was sent as below - no valid contact information back to them was included. The phone number included is not a working number.

The Total Cleanse arrived with a shipping order summary showing I was charged $5, 95, which was taken from my account. My EZ Trim failed to send me a product and has now charged me $89.31 upon the expiration of a bogus 14 day trial period!!! I never got a trial period! The Total Cleanse is bogus. The enlosure information is bogus with no real information and no further contact information.

The phone number does not work if you want to cancel order. The website does not give any way to cancel.

I did the free trial of the Acai Berry 500 and Total Cleanse. I got the trial of the total cleanse. I still haven't received the trial of the Acai Berry. I ordered both on 10/30. Total cleanse charged me for the next month before I even got the trial bottle! I tried to call the customer service number for Total Cleanse, but it doesn't work. It either hangs up, or has a busy signal. The guy from Acai Berry 500 told me that I could return my bottle for a refund, so at least there's that! But I still have yet to even see the trial bottle for that one! Total Cleanse made me overdraft my checking account!!!

Same thing for me as for everyone else!I ordered both Acai berry & Total Cleanse products. I did recieve the total cleanse, but can not contact them to cancel my order.I'm now having all my bank accounts changed. I was able to contact Acai berry-@ 801-528-1391. I havn't got that bottle yet, but the man that I spoke to said, 'your product will be there within the week and you have to refuse the shipment and send it back and call them back and they will refund your money'. They charged me before I even got it! I'm returning it with a tracking number! And he said he canceled any further charges.(I'm still changing my accounts). The total cleanse, I'm at a pissed off point!!!good luck. Maybe a smart lawyer will get on this one!!
