False Advertising resulting in high charges
I ordered free samples of Total Cleanse, paid for shipping. After I was charged a mysterious charge from fit factory, I decided to go back to the site and read the terms and conditions, which state that $78 and some change will be deducted from my account every month for Total Cleanse. All I wanted was to try the free samples, not over pay for the product monthly.When I called 866-320-0038 to cancel there was no ring- the number does not work. I tried to e-mail the company, but no reply. THIS IS A TERRIBLE SCAM!!! I had to call my bank and block my card from any automatic deductions- I will receive a new card on Monday, thank God I caught this in time! As for fit-factory- I you call them and yell and demand you money back they will credit your account. You can also call your bank and submit a complaint.

Sent for free sample, paid shipping 5.95 Got billed for Total cleanse at 78.84 and white tea AcaiBerry at 88.12. Tried to cancel phone # not working

SCAN
Have tried for 18 hours straight to reach this company and cancel. The phone has nevers rang...always hung up. I was very upset. Called my credit card company and canceled the card to that they can not bill my account. This is the worse and scaming company I have ever delt with. They should be closed down...RIP OFF!!!

SCAMMED
I ordered this product...what a fool I am! I received them in about a week and a half, was charged $5.95, but then could not cancel.
All of the numbers I found were incorrect and mailed letters I had sent were returned as well.
I called my bank to reverse the charge as well as change all of my account information to avoid being charged again in the future.
So far, I take 4 pills a day and NOTHING.
Diet (proper food nutrition) and exercise is the only way to go. I'm never ordering anything again!

Help!!!
does anyone have an accurate phone number that i can call to cancel the total cleanse before i have more charges on my credit card?
i have been trying the 1866-320-0038 number but have not been getting through. just keep getting a busy signal.

never ordered this product
This product was hsipped to me without ordering. This was shipped in conjunction with orders for ACai Berry. I have since attempted to cancel all orders with this questionable company.

unable to reach to cancel-charged me for product
product was sent-unable to reach to cancel product. always a busy signal or a message which does not let you go any further. I received a phone call friday which asked me my name which I responded to as "yes" the person on the line then hung up on me. I freaked and wondered what I had said yes to. I changed my phone number and called my bank. Yet somehow, I was charged $78.84 on nov 10, 2008. I want my money back and i still can't reach the company. what am i supposed to do?

phones dont work...
I order a free sample of Total Cleanse on Oct 21, 2008. I paid 9.95 to have it shipped in 2-5 days.. I recieved it last night (11-10-08) and was charged the full overnight price... I have tried to call the number to check... I do have my reciept as well as a confirmatin number.. but cant get thru... I called my bank too and they said I will be charged... HOW do I get thru to cancel!! this is a such a scam.. I am totally sickened... anyone able to help???
