Unauthorized billing
I ordered the product after seeing the ad on Facebook or MySpace. It took almost two weeks to receive the product and the product did not work after one week. I called to cancel the order and return the product per my trial offer agreement. The number was disconnected.

Scam
I feel so foolish. Those ads on Facebook about Total Cleanse and AcaiBerrty combined with Oprah got to me and i let my guard down. I ordered Total Cleanse and I think it's BS. I tried to cancel and the number doesn't work. Big scam I think. I also tried to cancel the AcaiBerry and couldn't get through to that number either. I've changed my credit card before either could charge me further. Change yours asap. I wish Oprah would stick a warning on her website about these offers. I'm a smart person and got duped.

unauthorized charges
On-line Scam. If you ordered both Total Cleanse and Acai Berry 500.
Chances are -- you will be charged by 4 companies monthly and total almost $200.00 per month. Two of the companies are difficult to cancel. Some are impossible. Here is some information to help you.
(at least all that I could find)
Total Cleanse does not have a working phone number.
This is the number they provide. But, you may have to cancel your credit card to make them stop charging you about $89 per month. 1-866-320-0038
I can not find any other way to reach them.
Acai Berry 500 -- phone number to cancel. 801-528-1391. Charge is about $70 to $80 per month.
If you signed up for this product - you will also be charged by these 2 companies. You need to cancel them too.
PriceLimbo -- no phone number. Look up their website. ID is your e-mail address. password is your zip. You will find you have an account here if you ordered Acai Berry 500.
They will charge $8.51 per month.
Fit-Factory -- you are also signed up for this if you ordered Acai Berry 500. Cost is $29.95 per month. Phone number is 1-866-407-1022. Cancel and demand a refund. Chances are - they have already charged you.

Colon Cleanser
This was an advertisement online in regards to colon cleansing. Of course, they used Oprah Winfrey stating how good this poroduct was and other TV stations to promote their product. This is so unfortunate because my bank stated that they wont be able to stop them from debiting my account since I gave them the authorization.

Unauthorized billing
I subscribed to a free trial, paying only shipping. In no way did I give permission to debt my checking account. Not only did they take $80.00 from my account the Only number they list is not valid.
I called 411 for the company at the given address and it does not exist. I am disputing this and will most likely have to close out my checking about and open a new one!

Scam and cheating
I too was a victim of this scam. You get your free trial but it takes about 8 days to get it. Then when you try to call the number to cancel the order the call is dropped. I tried for over a week to get through to this company and never could so I too will have to cancel my bank account & open another one to stop this company from charging me. I have ordered other free trials and in fact ordered the Acai Berry free trial from the same advertisement and had no trouble canceling with any of these other companies but it appears that now I will never be doing this again. I will be going to google for everything I order for any reason from now on. Lesson learned.

unable to cancel future shipments
PUrchased a trial or total cleanse and could not reach the location to cancel order. They continued to ship product and they were never able to be reached via email or phone. Furthermore, after taking the trial product for a few days, developed medical problems.

Charged money during free trial and not able to contact customer service
I ordered the 15 day trial- I was told my product would arrive on 10/30 and I would have 15 days from the shipping date to try the order before my account would be charged the full amount. They charged the account 2 days after I ordered, it is now 11/3 and no product has been delivered to my house. I have repeatedly tried to call customer service to adress these issues, but everytime it rings once or twice and then an automated recording states that "all circuits are currently busy". I now may have to close my bank account.
