NO ANSWER AT PHONE LINES TO RETURN PRODUCT
YOU ORDER A 30 DAY FREE TRIAL OF THEIR TOTAL CLEANSE PRODUCT AND THEY CLAIM THEY WONT BILL YOUR CREDIT CARD UNLESS YOU DONT RETURN THE PRODUCT WITHIN THAT TIME FRAME, & TO RETURN THE ITEM THEY NEED YOU TO GET AN RMA # OR YOU CANT RETURN THE PRODUCT. HERE IS WHERE THE PROBLEM LIES. YOU CANT GET THRU ON THE PHONE # GIVEN SO THERE YOU CANT GET AN RMA # & RETURN THE PRODUCT BEFORE THEY BILL YOUR CREDIT CARD. I HAD MY CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT CLOSED BECAUSE THEY STARTED TO SEND ME ANOTHER ORDER. I DID REPORT THIS TO MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY & TOLD THEM THAT THIS IS FRAUD. MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY IS GOING TO TAKE CARE OF THE MESS THIS SO CALLED COMPANY MADE. I KNOW I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE & I WANT REIMBURSED FOR THE 2 BOTTLES OF JUNK I HAVE THAT I CANT RETURN BECAUSE I CANT GET THRU ON THEIR # TO GET A RETURN RMA #. HA HA--THATS HOW THEY WANT IT TO WORK.

Can not make contact with a person to cancel
I ordered a trial of Total Cleanse. When I tried to call to cancel either I could not get through or when I did I was on hold telling me to use the online chat from the site I purchased this from. I was on l hold for over 20 minutes then the phone went dead. This happened twice. There was not a place on the order site for online chat. I am currently working with my bank to stop future withdrawals. From what I saw this is a common thing.

Charge my credit card more than quoted price
I read a previous complaint how the company charge her credit card $29.95 and $5.95 and they were only supposed to charge 5.95. I contacted my credit card and the same thing happened to me. Come to find out if you also order the Acai berry free trial a company by the name of Raven Media who sponsors up coming business, sponsors Acai Berry and Fit Factory. Fit Factory is the name of the company that charged my credit card $29.95 there number is 800-660-8489. Acai berry number is 801-528-1391. Unfornately I dont have a valid number for the Total Cleanse and they have already charge my card 80 something dollars. I had to cancel my credit card and they are sending me out and affivadavit to dispute charge of the total cleanse.

Toll free number not working
This company allow you to get a free trial but give you a bogus toll free number so you can't cancel any future orders. I have been trying for a week to call but can't get through I just don't want them to keep charging my credit card. If anyone has an alternate number please post it.

Toll free number not working
The offer a free 14 day trail of Total Cleanse I order it on 10/17/08 and they shipped it on 10/28/08 I have been trying to cancel any future charges, but the toll free number 866-320-0038 does not work. I have tried calling from several phones and it never rings it just hangs up on the first connection.

scam
I ordered a trial sample of Total Cleanse last month and was billed 5.95 for it. Since then, the company has taken approximately 160.00 from my account. I contacted the band and they tried to call the number provided by the company. They could not get through and told me that it was a scam. The number that is printed on the receipt is 866-320-0038. I went on BBB website and found the number to be 800-320-0038. Also, they have two different addresses listed. This place is obviously ripping people off! We all need to submit complaints to the BBB as soon as possible!

did not order
I order free trial and do not like the product. Now they sent me and order confirmation that the are sending another order. I did not place another ordser.
They do not answer the phone message says for faster service visit on line chat on website in which you place you order. TERE is NO ON LINE CHAT on the free trial website and I did not place an order on any other site.

Will not quit sending product and billing me for it and I do not want it. They will not send me a cancellation notice
I ordered a free trial and paid for shipping and handling. I used some of the product and didn't think it was any good. I thought that was the end of it. Well, I got a new bottle I did not order and they charged 84.79 to my charge card and if you send it back they charge you a thirty dallor restocking fee. I never seen anything that said I would be getting more of these products. I have told them on the phone several times I want it cancelled and they will not send any conformation. I do not trust these crooks at all. when you call their number you almost always get a busy signal and when you do get through you are put on hold longer than any company I've ever dealt with. I just need them to cancel any more charges and prove it to me in an email or letter.

Total Cleanse
I ordered the product on Monday Oct. 13th for a 14 day trial period that was to be shipped 3-5 business days, although after filling out the online purchase it said the delivery date would have been that following Saturday. Well I didn't recieve it & waited patiently before I finally I called the 1-866-320-0038 on Oct. 22nd & I was on hold for 15-20 mins before I finally spoke with a live person that claimed their warehouse was backed up & don't know when my order would be going out (yet they had withdrew the funds the day after I placed the order). I asked for an extention on the 14 day trial period since I haven't recieved my order & the guy said that the trial period would start on the day my order is shipped. Well I finally recieved my order Oct.23 & today is Oct.28 & I called numerous times to cancel my trial period & to my surprise there is dead silence on the line followed by a very fast busy signal. So now I must call my bank & let them know of the situation so they can stop any transactions with this company. From now on I will follow my gut feeling & do what I started to do. Purchase a $25 gift card & use it for online purchases that way they get screwed when they try to withdraw funds that aren't there.
