Landed Me in Hospital
I took this product 3 times ...3 pills over 2 weeks. Developed lower abdominal pain and after 6 weeks landed in the hospital with a intestinal obstruction. Look out for this stuff, you could find yourself in the ER and in a bed in no time!

cancellation of product
tried calling this company for a week already and not able to get connected to anyone on hold for and hour and still no one got on the phone to assist me in cancelling any future shipments and refund a charge they already applied for one future shipment which i have not gotten and don't want.

no refund
Cancelled my order in February sent the product back on February 4, 2009. Waited 4 weeks and began called for a refund of $84.79
they cannot find that I returned anythingso they can't give me a refund. They are really no good people. They need to be stopped.
I am going to seek out a Lawyer.

they took the shipping charges off my card and they dont have record of me
i went online to get a free bottle of the total cleanse product i placed the order never got a order number nothing i call the bank and the money has already been taken off of my card and i still have no order number i call the service department and they have no record of me. Thats just real funny they take my money i dont get a product and they have no record of me isnt that just conveint. WHAT EVER YOU DO DO NOT TRY TO ORDER THIS PRODUCT IT IS A SCAM THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND HAVE NO RECORD OF YOU. PLEASE BEWARE!!!

can't get anyone to cancel order
These people are such scammers!!After recieving my free bottle of total cleanse, I tried it out for a wk, and realize it does not work for me .I tried calling them to cancel within my 15 day free trial period so I won't be charged. On the 1st day someone said I would get a call back in 1 hr, never did . 2nd day I made sure I called early in the morning to get through, but I was told Iwould get a call back within the day. I waited, but no call. 3rd day I was frustrated, I called them even earlier than the day before, and of course this time they said someone will call back within 24hrs, did'nt happen!! So I called my creadit card company, and had them cancel the card. Do not put a hold on your card cause once you lift the hold they will try to charge your card .It's just best to cancel the card.That is the best way to get these people from not taking money from you. One last thing their website is just as bad as the phone service they both DON"T WORK !!!

charged my debit card
Cleanse body story charged me for the trial bottle .After 30 days they charged me again $84.00 +2.54 .The total of the charge was $173.08
My bank gave me a temporary reverse charge waiting for them to reverse the charge but they never did so .Now my bank has made a cr reverse chrge on my account .that means the bank got their money back from my account

Unauthorized charges
DO NOT order Total Cleanse products which also go by ColonXR or Acai Berry - the product are worthless and the company is a scam. They only give you 14-days to cancel your trial order but it takes almost that long to recieve the product giving no time for an actual trial. Then when attempting to contact the company, you'll be lucky to get through to the company and when you do, the agents are less than helpful.
The customer records are not updated with each phone call and agent therefore the story has to be told over and over and over again to each person. You will be put on hold for several minutes while the agent is supposedly writing up their report in regards to your complaint. Supervisors and managers are unavailable to be spoken with, the live chat website does not work.
When attempting to dispute charges on your bank account, they will say the charge is noted as failed on their end and require a detailed account of the charge from your bank faxed to them. The fax number does not work and when complaining about that, the agents continue to claim that it does even though they hear the message from the fax machine saying the number is invalid. I did cancel my account in January with one charge thereafter and have not received another shipment or another charge since then but have been battling for 6 weeks to get a refund for the invalid charge in January which came one week after I canceled.
