Stop Any Future Orders
I have tried numerous times to call and cancel my order and asked not to receive any further products from you to no avail. I ordered the Total Cleanse and the Acai Berry products and only received the Total Cleanse. I am informing you as well as my credit card company not to process any orders from your company. If you have a phone number that you tell people to call, then you should answer it. This is unacceptable behavior from any company. I read all the complaints that are listed and you are still getting people to buy and can't release that your company has a serious problem where Customer Service is concerned. Once again, do not charge my credit card and do not send me any more products especially since I have not received one of the products that I requested. The amount of money that someone is willing to pay for your product should be enough incentive for you to supply the product in a timely manner or at least have someone answer the phone during your "normal" business hours. As far as I'm concerned, they are not normal business hours because no one ever answers the phone.

Cancelled
I called to cancel Total Cleanse 01/08/2009.
I then recieved a cancellation e-mail.
Well I thought I was done with this company. So I was gone for a while and when I got home and picked up my mail. Guess what I had two more bottles and charges on my credit card.
I had told the guy I talked to, that my Dr. said not to take this pill.
I want my money back for these two bottles I recieve.

CANNOT GET ANYONE TO ANSWER THEIR 800 NUMBER, SO I CAN CANCEL MY ORDER
I have tried repeatedly to call the 866-320-0038 number that was included on the info sent in the FREE trial shipment of the TOTAL CLEANSE product that I ordered on 2/19/2009! Even though it was only shipped on 2/21/09, the letter said I had 15 days from the date it was shipped to "evaluate and see the results for yourself"! When I realized the product was doing NOTHING for me, I started calling on March 6th and have called for the past three days, to NO AVAIL! The call will NOT go through, and the website it gave to "Chat Live" is the website where I found these many other complaints! The letter said I could cancel at anytime, which I want to do NOW! So HOW do I get in touch with them to get my order cancelled! I think my bank account has already been charged for the $84.79 for the "balance"! This is such a scam, and I cannot believe that I have "been had" by such CROOKS! How did others get their money back? Is there some way to file a class action suit against them, as it seems so many have been scammed by them?!

Canceling Auto Delivery
Last fall, I tried Total Cleanse trial and attempted to cancel via the phone number per the terms and conditions and on the bottle and website. The phone number did not work. I tried it several times. I notified my bank, consumer protection for the states of Washington and Florida, and sent a certified letter to the address on the packaging. I was not charged thereafter (not charged for anything except shipping and handling for the trial). If I am remembering correctly, I later received a confirming email from Total Cleanse verifying that I had cancelled. The product isn't entirely ineffective; it is way overpriced.

Unauthorized Charges
This company charges you for products that you did not order and when you try to get in touch if you get lucky enough to talk to someone they do not speak anything but broken english and speak very low so that you can not undestand them. I advise that no one order anything from this company and advise those that have to let the BBB know of this company and see if enough complaints that they can shut this company down once and for all.

Scam
They disconnect after giving you a schpeil to hold on and wait for an opperator. The web sites bullcrap. You push buttons for help or return and nothing happens. They charged my account under Easy Rapid Cleanser and some other crap name for another fee . I had to close my credit card. Please get them! Maureen Bradley

Cancel auto-ship program w/in 15 days
I have tried to reach the listed number for canceling the product received so that I am not billed for the auto enrollment program. I have called several times during the hours listed well before the time limit to cancel (15 days from original purchase) which has been during the 15 day risk free trial starting from the date of purchase. I am either put on hold or no live person answers even within the specified hours to call M-F 9am-6pm. Even though I work M-F during these exact hours it is difficult to remain on the line waiting for someone in customer service to answer my call, while I am servicing my own customers where I work!
Long story short, I want to cancell the auto ship program. I do not want any additional product other than that which I received on a trial basis and have paid for. My original confirmation #: 1622955, ordered on
Feb.24, 2009. I have also e-mailed the company.
I do not want any more product or any more money billed to the credit card that they have on file.

Never received shipment
Received confirmation of my order. Several days later received another email stating that the product had been shipped with a link to check status. The link did not include any information. I still have not received the product for several weeks. I've been trying to call, but can't get through.

wont take my phone calls to cancel order
Tried calling them twice in oneday when they said they would retun my phone call in hour and didn't. There comment was all there operators are busy at that time. order # 1649988 was sent on 2/28/2009 and was received tried cancelling any further orders on 3/6/2009.
