It gave me a terible stomack pain.
I paid $6.00 for a trail. on the second day had to go to the hopital with terible pain. My doctor told me to call them. they want to know the engrients the capsule had. I called like 50 time and tried to e-mail.them. Without success. I saw a charge of $84.00 on my Creditcard. Monday I will call my Gov. Bank. I wonder how easy, they charge your creditcard without autorized?

Refun
I ordered the Trial Sample of Total Cleanse and one week after receiving order $79 was deducted from my checking account. I tried calling over a weekend period to cancel my order, never received a live voice, tried emailing, no response. Did reach a live person the following Monday and was told that the 15 day trial period began the day of shipment. How can a person try something for 15 days when over half of it is in shipment. Did not receive any satisfaction from person I spoke with, did return product and have yet to see a credit to my account. This is false advertisement if they say 15 day trial period but do not state it begins the day of shipment. Will never order from this company every again.

trying to cancel and can not get a response from the toll free number or the website
I have been calling the toll free number for three days and get a recording stating the amount of calls coming in are tremendous and I should go to the web site to Chat live. I have been unable to find any where on the site to contact these people to cancel this order. The paperwork sent with the trial offer says I can cancel anytime during my 15 day trial period. well, how can I cancel if I can not get in touch with anyone. Someone please help me get in touch with these people. This is a scam and I want nothing further to do with this company. I want to cancel this order and my order number is 1596859. Send no more shipments to me and do not charge my bank card. I will not sleep until these people are out of business. Hey, anyone in Miami know this address. Can anyone check this address out to see if indeed they even have a business. Thanks, Leigh Ann

haven't refunded my money
Called to return product after developing hives from it. They refused because it had been 2 weeks after product was shipped. Although, it took 10 days to receive it.
I told them I was going to make a Better Business Bureau complaint and they put me on hold for 10 minutes and said they would refund it but still haven't. It's been over 2 weeks. Their live chat is on hold and no one answeres their phone.

This company is a total SCAM...was charged for product and shipping and never received anything...they refuse to reverse charges as they said they had mailed it and was now my problem!

Charged for a free trial
I ordered Total Cleanse on a free sample only pay postage & handling charges because I saw it was endorsed by Dr. Oz---I saw nothing stating I would be charged $ 79. 00 ---now I have a $79.00 charge against my bank account--I called & spoke with a customer service rep named Melody---she said no reimbersment would be made--I told her that we had'nt even open the bottle yet & that I would gladly send it back--she still refused to reimburse us our money---I don't understand how people can blatently rip folks off & it's completly ok with the law----it's no wonder people don't trust people anymore with this kind of scams that are being aloud to happen & nobody has any recourse---How is the honest people of the world supposed to have folks trust in them---this makes everyone skeptical of everyone---these folks should fry !!! Unauthorized Charges
Agreed to a trial product in early Dec, 2008 (along with Acai-aSlim which I have also filed complaint on) have been unable to stop delivery of continued shipments at approx $80 each. The phone number doesn't ever allow a person to get through and the website doesn't work either.
I want to stop shipments immediately and have my money refunded.

Charged to my checking account without my apporval and I returned their product and haven't recieved my refund... you have your product back give me my money back ... please and thank you.
