I agreed to a trial for this product and paid the $5.95 shipping. I then cancelled the product. I was informed when I cancelled that there would be no additional charges and that I would not receive any additional product. Since then I have been billed almost $80. The company refuses to credit my credit card. They say that I didn't cancel within correct time period. I have not received any additional product...
What a scam...

Free Trial offer pay for postage only, came with charge of $78.84 after trial period of 15 days. This was not stated in the ad and I want to return the product. It stated I need a Return Merchandize Authorization to return product.

I called the Number provided to cancell the order, which they did but I did not recieve the RMA #. Will you send this to me?

As usual its impossible to reach you people by phone ;like others I've tried product from you willn't answer the phone. When I spoke to your representative she claimed it was as simple as calling.As of today its 15days from the day my sample was sent&wouldn't you guess I can't even get the chat line you claim to have! I WOULD LIKE TO CANCEL! I hope I don't have to go through my credit card to resolve this problem; I suspect you'll send me more product & charge me. This is a total rip off. The company claims to be advertised with top News Channels as well as with WebMD. This is unbelievable how well they handled me on the phone. Before "a free trial" offer has ended, I have called to ask to cancel the order. However next week my account was charged $84.79 and when I finally got through I was told that they have no recollection of my phone call (An Off-shore Call center) and the cancellation has taken place only on the afternoon of the day when a charge was posted to my account...
No way I could get through to the head office or any other manager ...

If you want to try this product, know this before you do. If you order the free trial, you have 15 days from the time it ships, you can read this in the "Terms and Conditions", which you better read or you will be ripping yourself off. If you fail to cancel the order before the 15 day trial is over then, guess what? You just bought your bottle of worthlessness for $78.84; and don't expect a refund because you won't get it. I called the 866-320-0038 number and got through twice, so no problems there, ecept that I could not convince the lady top give me a refund. Strange, I was able to get one with the ACAI Berry (another ripoff), but I only got a $60.00 refund.

DONOT but this on your debit card; use a credit card instead. If you use a debit card the money is as good as gone! If you use your credit card you can at least challenge the purchase through your credit card company, who will be more sympathetic to your cause.

This product (if you can call it that), or placebo, did nothing for me. My bowel movements didn't change one iota. I don't know what they're claiming it will do, but the only thing that got a Total Cleanse was my bank account! STAY AWAY FROM THIS! IT IS BAD NEWS! NOT EVEN WORTH THE $5.95 THEY CHARGE YOU FOR THE FREE TRIAL! SCAM!! SCAM!! SCAM!!

People should be writing Oprah and threaten to stop watching her program because she is the one leading people astray into crap like this! She has millions, doesn't need to lose weight, and is easily lead astray herself, but can afford it if she figures out it's a scam. It's no skin off of her nose. Ban this, and ban Oprah!
