Tried to Cancel - Still being charged
I did get through and talked to someone at this company for at least 15 minutes trying to cancel my order.
After I thought I had finally gotten through to this person about cancelling the order, I just received another order and charged $84.79 to my credit card. I also tried to call several times again and no one answers the phone...how convenient! What fraud and big time scam!

Cannot cancel
Today, Feb. 14, is the 15th day of my free trial period. I sent e-mail that I wished to cancel any further orders yesterday, Feb. 13. I have tried to call the customer service number this morning several times. I hear a couple of clicks, then the cut-off sound. So far, nothing has been charged to my VISA, and I am trying to prevent that.
Please help. Thank you.

I ordered online the 15 day trial for the acai berry and total cleanse dietary supplement on Jan. 29, 2009. I received my Total Cleanse within 3-4 days of purchase. I still have not received the acai berry pills. The ad said FREE trial just pay for shipping and handling of 5.95. Their 866-320-0038 number does not work and they have already charged me 78.84 for another bottle of Total Cleanse! I had initially called to cancel my subscription today 2-14-2009 because the add they use said to use it together.
Now the only reason I opted to trying this product is because they showed an add with Dr. Oz on the Oprah show and using Rachel Ray as a document that it works!!!
This is Fraud, false advertisement and can't even contact anyone!!!

Phones numbers no longer valid
I opted for the trial of Total Cleanse on 2/8/09. I called to cancel my order on 2/13/09 and spoke with a May at the number 866-320-0038 as listed on the card enclosed with my order. I was told the order was canceled and that I would receive confirmation by email. That did not happen. I have also canceled by email at Live Chat at www.MyTrialSupport.com and I have not been able to receive a confirmation by that method either.

Not refunded
I too signed up for the free trial not realizing having to cancel the auto transfer of funds from my account. After my account had been hit the first time for 78.84 I called to cancel all future orders and received a return # I did exactly what I was told to do. The product was received but my account was never credited back.
Then I received another shipment and was billed 84.79.
I have been calling them for 3 months and still nothing just the same old lines " your information has been forwarded to refund department, you will receive a e-mail in 24-48 hrs. That has never happened.

Deceptive & misleading Advertising
The advertising of this product is very misleading. The initial bottle was sent to me and I was only to pay the shipping & handling. I used the product for several days and was not impressed. Before I knew it, another "shipment" came to me. I sent it back. However it was charged to my credit card and only 70% was refunded. The following month I was charged again, only this time, it was even more ($6.00 more than the first charge.) I have complained and to no avail. What a scam this is. BUYER BEWARE - you will be very disappointed by their poor responses & customer service.

I couldn't get anyone on the phone and there is no web site, i want to cancel my order number1461909, i will call my bank if i am charged any more fees and i will file a complaint to the BBB

Extra charges
Ordered total cleanse and acai berry and found out I was automatically signed up to recieve total cleanse on a monthly basis for a charge.
