Was taken in by the scam, and have put it in the hands of trading standards. Cancelled the order straight away and have also contacted the credit card company. They are fully aware of the scam and have had numerous complaints from customers. If you contact your credit card company they will send you out a form and it will now be monitored and blocked. They will also put you on contact with their departments of retailer disputes.

I hope others will see this message and stay away from these products. I feel so stupid for falling for this, but I did. I ordered the free trials of each the ACAI BERRY and TOTAL CLEANSE. I now have had to cancel my bank card, and am waiting to be re-issued a new one. The $80-$85 dollar charges just started rolling in as soon as I agreed to the free trials. By the way, I never received any kind of product whatsoever. These support websites and phone numbers the ACAI people provide are dead ends. They'll tell you to hold for a representative only to get a busy signal. This turned in to a snowball out of control and I am out over $200 now for a product I never even got a glimpse off. If I hadn't had the money in my account I would have also had overdraft charges recurring as quickly as these bogus ones. Don't fall for it!

I signed up for a free trial of these weight loss pills and agreed to pay shipping and handling. Before I even recieved these products my account was charged 89.00 and a few days later another 78.84.
I did not authorize these charges and want my monet back!!!

Ok so like a idiot I see the Acai berry and total cleanse products and how great they are, so I decide to order them..why not its a free trial and I can see what I think of them, then buy them if I like them...What a mistake!!! I ordered both and was told 7-10 days... I finally recieved the Total Cleanse about 2 weeks later and then on the 3rd week I was charged for Acai Berry $90.00. I never even recieved the free trail. So I began searching and saw that my debit card info was sold to other companies and there were several charges I didnt authorize, which left my checking account in the negatives. After 3 calls and the run around I finally contact my bank and tell them I didnt authorize the charges and they take care of reimbursing me that money. Then I get an email from Total cleanse thanking me for my recent order on 11/19/08... WHAT??? I never ordered that crap! So now I have yet another charge from them for $90 something dollars. Whatever you do dont buy this mess. Non of the phone numbers for Total Cleanse are in service so its a waste of time and my hard earned money! The only way I know to get my money back is to go back to my bank and talk to them yet again and will probably have to close my checking account and open another one. This mess is for the birds! I wish there was a way to have this business go under since so many people are having problems with them. Does anyone have any suggestions to stop this mess? Please help!!
