Never received Order
I had ordered free trial of Total cleanse on webforhealth.com but never received the product. I am afraid that they must have used my Credit card and would have charged me like anything without getting the product. I tried calling on 866-320-0038, but never got any response. I emailed them, send offline messages but no response. Can any one let me know as to how can i get hold of them and cancel my order and make my credit card safe. Please advise...

Fraudulent Credit Card Charges
My wife incurred 78.34 in charges for a subscription to services she was unaware. The customer service number is 866-320-0038. They did cancel our subscription to the "trial service", but said they could not refund our $ directly, but would forward our request to the refund department...ridiculous. This is a bait type scam, don't get involved. Many of the credit check services act in the same way.

Unauthorized usage of Credit Card
Billed 89.31 for Total Cleanser that I never ordered.They used my credit card information for trial order of Acadi which I never received ( also was billed 29.95 which was refuned.
Called 800-660-8489 was given another number for customer service 877- 350-8480. A woman- Vellie said the products were already mailed and would have to mail it back to them before I could get a refund.
This company is using scam "bait & switch". Offering a free trial with shipping and handling cost them using credit card information to bill for products never ordered.
