On the 13th of sept i ordered a strobe light from this website(www.total-music.com), the £85 for which was debited from my account on 20th sept, i waited 2 weeks without anysign of my strobe before i started to think somthing was up. i started to ring the number for the online store, i rung a few times everday, no one answered the phone and i left vairous messages, i also emailed, i had all but give up when on Tue 21st Oct someone answered the phone, he apolagised and sayed they were very busy and that he would get my strobe dispatched that day, again i waited a few days for delivery but again ther was no sign of it, and now im back to ringing again without any answer.

this website is a TOTAL fraud, they have every chance to ring or email me to explain whats going on but they dont bother, at one stage the message box of the phone was full so i assume im not the only one to have been ripped off by them.

DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE, YOU WON'T RECIEVE IT...
