Refueling vehicle with wrong type of fuel

An instruction was given to refuel my vehicle with diesel. The attendant refuelled my vehicle with undeaded petrol. He did not notify my of the at the time. He processed the transacion as filling with diesel @ 15:59. He then, without telling me, let me drive off. He then proceeded to perform a manual transaction to correct the first @ 16:01. After driving +- 100m my vehicle came to stop. Only then did the attendant and his supervisor tell me about the incorrect fuel. According to Landreover SA there is spesific procedure to be followed to repair my vehicle. The General Manager and part owner of this fuelling station now refuses to pay for the recommendation as per Landrover standard.

93 Unleaded but charged for 95 Unleaded

I drove with my dad's Honda Civic from Middelburg to Johannesburg on Sunday 6 September 09 and had to stop at the Total Filling station as I was running low on fuel. My dad asked that I put 95 Unleaded petrol in the car but after checking I found that the garage had no 95 Unleaded petrol so I had to fill up with 93 Unleaded petrol. After driving off I looked at my slip again and found that the slip stated that I was charged for 43.28L of ULPLRP 95. Obviously the 95 Unleaded is more expensive than the 93 but they did not even have 95 Unleaded for which I was charged for. How many times have they been able to get away with this? I am absolute shocked at this. Furthermore the service provided at the filling station has never been good (unfriendly and dirty). In future I will rather avoid a TOTAL garage as these two filling stations don't seem to be 'serious about service' enough.
