program disappeared
I downloaded the total security program and paid $100 for it.
Now it's been taken off of my computer. It's disappeared. How do I
get it back? Please help and e-mail me back at [email protected].

Product doesn't work, horrible customer service
I ordered one of these and, from what I could tell, what was sent to me was a plastic shell with no working parts inside. I sent it back and put a stop payment on my credit card.

They have refused to send me alternate items that they have on their website as replacements that total less than the cost of the original item.

They have refused to respond to me in writing - I have sent multiple letters and emails. They keep calling me and I don't trust them, so I am refusing to speak with them. I want whatever they say to be in writing.

I firmly believe that this place is just a big time scamming operation that preys on people who are trying to be secretive about what they are doing, so they feel that they are untouchable.

My credit card company has been unsuccessful in helping to resolve this situation.

The company is refusing to cooperate in any way, shape or form. I have nothing to show for the money of mine they have. I am very angry and if there is a class action lawsuit against this company.

virus
this is not antivirus software, it is a virus itself. it starts as a pop-up claiming that your computer has contracted a virus and has become dangerously unstable. a "click here" link claims that it will identify and fix all programs and files affected by the so-called trojan. once you click this link it will start a bogus scan of your computer and then offer the anti-virus software "total security". you are then given a fix all errors now option by clicking on a new link. this link will take you to a page that will ask for personal info and method of payment for the software. if you have gotten this far the virus has taken over your operating system and you will not be able to remove the program. i had to completely restore my computer to factory defaults in order to fix the problem. the website that i was on when the pop-up appeared was www.inteligator.com. I'm not sure if there is a connection between the two but this website has also had a series of complaints related to fraudulent charges.

NON RECEIPT OF SOFTWARE
i had requested software bell for total security protection package on 13.09.2009. TD Visa debited amount of Can $ 55.13 from account. however total security protection was not given to me by softwarebell. when i called them up they said that the trasaction was denied by TD Visa so they did not give me the package. however my credit card statement shows a deduction of Can. $ 55.13 as of today but i have not yet received the package. i now do not want the package as i was sick of this affair and dealing and service of software bell, and hence went in for purchase of ANOTHER ANTI PRIACY SOFTWARE.
TD Visa has bee informed to reverse this charge.
