Total Vac will not allow me to return this component because I tested it on a small area rug. It does not clean anywhere close to the original component. Their return policy is outrageous.

Products may be returned unopened for a refund within 30 days of it's shipping date and may be charged a 15% re-stocking fee at our discretion. Items that are in un-sellable condition, no longer wanted, you changed your mind, missing parts or you ordered the wrong product will not be refunded.
