Im an idiot!!!I have High Blood Pressure, and big coffee drinker(Truckdriver)and i ordered Total White/Dazzle Smile together, also Ookisa Hair Loss Therapy, Dazzle White cancelled my Trial successfully, Total White did not and sent more and took my $$$ saying "The Employee who DID NOT cancel me, no longer worked there and offered to give me a discount", I said NO WAY<I CANCELLED, I returned product(return receipt req) still do not have my $$$.Today I come in off truck to find Ooikisa in my box again, after cancelling(Beautician monitored)and im looking at their address, while on the phoone trying to get my $$$ back, "They will give me a 20.00 discount", and THEIR ADDRESS IS THE EXACT SAME AS TOTAL WHITE!!!The VERY same SCAM!!! 2 Companies in THE SAME BUILDING, AT THE SAME ADDRESS, AND THE SCAM, "We have NO record of ur Cancellation", WHAT IS THE CHANCES OF THIS???I WANT TO KNOW WHO TO GO TOO TO TAKE THIS FURTHER!!!THEIVES!THATS WHAT THEY ARE!!!

i called nov 9th to return for full refund...was told a second shipment was on the way..so i could not reurn for refund the first one..i have not received the second...the man i reached refused to transfer me to a supervisor and said he was terminating the call...before that statement i never said anything objectionable..but when he was about to end the call..i did call him a name..look up the call if they are recorded...i want a refund on my credit card for the firsty and second shipment...my name is diane ostrom, 7410 st joe ctr rd, in 46835...phone number 260-4027290..email [email protected]...

I ordered a product teeth whitening for $1.95 and today Oct 23 thate is a charge to my bank account for $76.82 I did not authorize this and saw no warning about a charge of this amount I have onlt had the product 17days

I also ordered a teeth whitening product from Healthy Smile and the same thing happened. I ordered a sample on Oct 5th and today, Oct 23rd there is a charge on my bank account for $87.62. I did not authorize this . I also did not see any warnings about being sharged this amount as I have only haad the product for 17 days

I think that is so funny that everyone is so upset or mad because they feel they have been ripped off or taken advantage of or mislead. It's people's own stupidity that is getting them screwed over.

And then you people make blogs and posts and whine and complain about being ripped off or scammed. It's your own fault for not reading and being lazy. Then you call these poor people who are just doing their job and trying to support themselves and their families and SCREAMING at them and being just generally rude and mean to them because YOU were stupid and didn't read the fine print because you wanted something for "free"? Come on people, when did humanity sink so low to put someone down for doing their job because you feel like a fool because you are just generally too lazy to read through the material before placing an order.
