I requested a sample for 3.95 for total cleanser .never recieved. Then I am charged 89.95 for a monthly supply.I call and explain I only requested a sample and was told that after using the sample you have to call and cancel if you are not satifised. I explained I never even recieved the sample so they canceled and said I would be contacted by customer service for a refunded it has been 10 days no one has contacted me. Then I now have a charge for 29.95 for some fit-factory I have never heard of. I Googled the 2 companies and see there are 100s of complaints. What do you do? I have never seen so much crap and I don't no where to get help.
