We puirchased 2 new cars in 2008. We purchased a 2008 Camry and a 2008 Corolla. I toll the Camry to a authorized Toyota dealership Dick Milham in Easton Pa for the ist oil change at 3, 000 miles. They did not put the plug back on the oil pan and my oil leaked all over the bottom of the car. Thank God I was not on the highway with my Wife and Kids. They were very rude and cared less for a dealership that just sold me 2 cars totalkling the 2nd biggest investment in my life. The Corolla we thought we were buying a toyota warranty and paid close to 2, 000. I found out that this was a third party warranty and contact Toyota coproate office at 310-468-4000. I spoike to a Danice Sorensom and David Drury. They told me they would switch my warranty from a 100, 000 to a toyota service warranty. I get the apperwork in the mail and they try to deceive me by giving me a 75, 000 mile warranty instaed of a 100, 000. Thye also tried to deliver me this vehicle with a broken gas lever. How do you fill a gas tank and deliver a vehcile with a broken gas lever. Tthis is a greta way to treat a customer that bought 2 cars totalling over 60, 000.
