I should have read the reviews before I purchased anything from this online company. I bought two items on Nov. 5, 2010. Then WEEKS later it stated on my online account the expected ship date was now Dec 2nd. I wrote one email to them complaining about the VERY LONG shipping time, and they sent an automated response explaining how they don't keep anything in stock themselves, and they have to order from OTHER companies after they process my order, wait for it to be shipped to them, unpack it, inspect it, repack it and THEN ship it to me.

Then Dec 2nd comes and goes, with no items and no shipping notice, and my online account with them doesn't even show shipping information anymore! I wrote them a SECOND email asking where my items were, with NO RESPONSE. I called them MULTIPLE times, but was never able to speak to an actual person. Instead, I would get an automated message that said all the representatives were busy and to EMAIL them!! And then it would hang up on me!!

So I wrote a THIRD email asking for a FULL refund and to cancel my order. We will see if I get a response this time, or if I will have to do a charge back on my credit card to get my money back!

Terrible business structure, worse customer service, and I'm not even sure HUMANS work there or if it is all completely automated! I will never purchase from them again, and I suggest that others do the same. This company will definitely go out of business soon.

I agree with the other terrible reviews of Totsy on this site. Granted, it seems we all ordered products around Christmas time, but the website should have had a notice warning people that shipments could/would take over a month to deliver!!! I'm sure many people did Christmas shopping online in November.

Throughout this long process, Totsy's customer service was M.I.A. via the phone and internet. The typical time for a response was 2 weeks! Meanwhile, a customer would have no idea whether their shipment was coming!

My order, when it finally came, was wrong. Additionally, Totsy's customer service finally responded AFTER the correction was made!

Just ridiculous, and I would not recommend ordering from them!

I have placed several orders with them, all but the last were fine. I bought a double stroller. Credit card was charged, despite Totsy not shipping my order. I received 2 different e-mails that the stroller was in the warehouse, but someone had to go physically make sure it was there. Then, when I finally (10 weeks after placing my order) received a refund, they didn't refund the shipping cost. I will NEVER use this site again. A complete and total sham!!! DO NOT trust ordering from this site. I will be reporting to BBB and listing terrible reviews on any and every site I can find. Worst on-line buying experience EVER!!

I agree 100% with the previous review and have little to add -- I've placed 4 orders, received two and for one received two of everything I ordered (and charged according). I haven't been refunded for the products I returned. I was charged but still didn't obtain my order from August (it's December). I've left about 4 emails and 3 voice mails (calling within their office hours still always results in a machine) and no response. Huge scam, please dont order from them!
