3 month ago, I delivered my car (toyota Yaris) to Toyota service center (Abo Rawash) because I had an accident. The car stayed for one and half month to be maintained. Before i pick the car i have been told that the battery is not working and i have to change it. (please note that i have changed the original battery with new Varta made in Germany).
So i refused and told them that it was not my problem and they should change and they will charge the cost.
Two days later i have been told that everything is fine and the battery is fine.
One month later my wife was doing some shopping in the downtime with my one month baby and when she came back to the she car she found that the car is not working and there is a problem in the battery.
She went to the battery shop with the warranty and she discovered that it's not our battery (the VARTA), the guy told her that it's the original battery of the YAris and it's not working as well.
So i went the day after to the service center and told them the story mentioned above and what they did is changed the battery with a new AC-Delco and that's it.
What i need is a full investigation in this issue and a god compensation (i.e. free service up to 100000km inclusing tires and paddle breaks.
