If you are a salon owner, and are looking for a new program in which to book your appointments, manage inventory, accept client's credit cards, etc., DO NOT use this system!!! I have had the program for a year and a half, and it has been a complete disappointment!. The list of issues is so long, and their tech support has been unable to fix a glitch that I have had for 2+ months'. They are very unreliable with their call backs when I have to leave a message for tech support|. I had to call them again this week about a reoccurring issue, and they were supposed to call me back after they looked into it, and I have yet to hear from them;. I still have the same issue with the computer, and it affects how the computer figures my stylist's commissions, so it's a big problem, . The system will also inadvertently send confirmation emails to clients that don't have appointments, which causes a lot of chaos?. I am very frustrated by all of the problems I am having with this system". I am hugely disappointed. :
