I write to you today to convey my utter annoyance and concern at the manner in which Touche Douce Entertainment Inc. and Touche Douce Radio conducts business. Touche Douce Entertainment Inc. and Touche Douce Radio is ripping customers off for every event that the company promotes. I hope that one day someone can rectify the situation by closing these businesses down permanently. Touch Douce Entertainment Inc. and Radio needs to be investigated on how they manage business funds and customer mistreatment by ripping them off. I do not think highly of Touche Douce Entertainment Inc. and Radio. The actions that have occurred with several of their events have left me bitterly disappointed. Touch Douce Entertainment Inc. held a big Christmas extravaganza on Friday December 24, 2010 at Club Tatiana in Hallandale Beach Blvd. I purchased the ticket on December 23, 2010 at Touche Douce Entertainment Inc for $30.The bouncers or security officers were very rude and disrespectful. My cousin and I arrived at the event at 12:30am and were in line till 2:15am-2:30am. Those that were managing the doors did not let anyone into the establishment who came after 12:45am; therefore, we spent almost our entire night in line. At 2:15am someone announced that they were not letting anyone else into the establishment. We were told go get out of the area or we would be peppered sprayed. Everyone began to ask for a refund. A man I am guessing he was the promoter or owner came outside to talk to us. He said, “You guys don’t make me rich and I don’t need your money. You can get your money tomorrow. Situations like this occur all the time so I am use to it.” My cousin and I went to Touche Douce Entertainment Inc. several times to get my refund and the business is always closed. A friend of mine who also brought a ticket went to Touche Douce Entertainment several times and the business was closed. I contacted the numbers listed on the door, flyers and promotional websites. I cannot get a hold of anyone and no one is returning my phone calls. My friend also has been calling the numbers listed, but one is returning her phone call.
