I bought new watch from Tourneau.
Watch was defect as of 1st day wearing it.
Watch still defect after 9 month.
Many (almost countless) emails and phone calls to Tourneau's service department didn't help. They gave me contacts and left me to deal with all the contractors and sub contractors. No real help from Tourneau apart of forwarding emails and sending reminders.
Tourneau never seemed to take ownership of the problem.
After 9 month and givin up communicating with Tourneau, I located and directly contacted the CEO of the watch manufacturer (abroad), telling about my story and issues with Tourneau.
Subsequently the watch manufacturer replaced me the watch within 1 week - no fees, no postage no delay or unnecessary questions asked!
Why was Tourneau not able to do this?
And why did it take Tourneau 9 month to attempt to "move" (without success)!
I would never ever again buy any valuables at Tourneau Las Vegas -
