I rented property at Reeds View via Townhouse Warehouse, I dealth with Penny who wa the caretaker as well. Never before have i ever dealth with a person who is more rude, and has no care for humanity. Iwas asked to evict the property(September 2009)and was told im given 12 hours, due disturbance which i was never warned about before, so imagine my shock. at the time of the disturbance i was not at home. i.e false accusation. when i spoke to Penny she made comments like' sorry for you, we are not listening to you, it's just the way the cookie crumbles' when i swore that i was not there, why didn't you address me when it happened, if you claim it was me, i was told' don't swear on my ***, it is not yours', she uses vulgar languages all the time, and uses threats of keeping my deposit, my visitors were stopped without me knowing, i am a female, i signed a lease trusting Townhouse to keep a roof over my head, and this is the treatment i receive.i was literally forced to move out on the day i was moving, loading bakkie, etc. Penny stood at my door and told me to take my things out or i will loose my deposit, she screamed and made me feel like a piece of dirt.BAD Reflection on TownHouse.
