I ordered Premium Acai Berry and discovered I was being billed the full amount because I did not cancel the order in the alloted time. This took place 06-16-09 Conf. # KAT61609.
I looked at my December credit card statement and found a charge to Toxi Sweep. I had not heard of this company. I then called the phone number on my credit card. 888-899-0740. I spoke to a man named Adam and he stated he was sorry about the charge. They do not bill credit card companies after an order has been cancelled. He assured me I would receive credit on my card within 5-7 business days. He gave me a Confirmation # 24090.
I then called my credit card company and they put this charge into dispute. It is sad that there are so many scams out there.
My advise to anyone just ordering a product and paying shipping only. Double check and make sure the company is in good standing with the BBB.

After a 30 trial offer...I canceled...this product didn't do a bit of good. I cancelled in June and did not recieve any futher credit card debits until December when an 85.31 charge showed up on my credit card. I got through to customer service who asked that I send a copy of my credit card statement to a fax number that did not work. I called my credit card company to contest the charges, since I've not been able to reach Toxi Sweep since. I should have known better...hope this helps save you!
