I am a customer who is highly disappointed in how the service department at Toyato Of Concord has been working on my car. Just recently they told me I had to get a brand new motor. I was shock, because I only had the car 31/2years, and just could not believe I needed a new motor. I do the right thing by taking my car back for every service, only Toyato of Concord has always worked on my car every since I bought it brand new from them. This motor concerned me a great deal. The reason why, is beacause I mention to them that my oil light keeps coming on when I took it in for in oil change, plus my engine light was also coming on. they put this in the system, nothing was done except a check. This next oil change I told them the same thing oil light, and engine light keeps coming on. They check and ended up having to keep my car, and later told me that I needed a new motor. I was very shock and upset. I spoke with the service advisor who was the one who looked into it further, and did something about it. I also spoke with the service manager who was very nice and explain in details what was going on. My biggest complaint is I have paid out to much money to Toyato of Concord for this to happen. They are the only ones who have worked on my car, and they missed this. Honestly I blame them for this motor problem. Also, the brakes, is another problem. I'm needed them all the time. I told the services advisor that Im always having to get front brakes. I do the right thing by taken my car back to the dealership, and this what I get. I dont care is the motor was under warrant, this should have never happen. This is my second car that i have purchase from Toyato of Concord, and i would like to purchase another car in the future, but what took place with my 2007 Camery was very disturbing to me, and as of now I have no plans to purchase another Toyato.
