I ordered, in August, Ice Age 3 - Dawn of the Dinosaurs Figurine Collection for my son's 4th Birthday. Delivery was approximately four weeks according to Toyglobe's website. At the beginning of October I chased Toyglobe up for my order to which they said I should have received my goods however they would send another! I wrote again, via their 'Contact Us' page on their website, two weeks later advising them I had still not received my order. This was ignored. I wrote again, as above, advising them that should I not receive a response from them within 7 days then I shall take steps to recover the money I pad by Visa (which they took immediately upon ordering). As of today 5th November 2009, I have not received my order or even a response to my last two enquiries and have instructed my bank to recover my money. On this basis, I DO NOT recommend Toyglobe, I shall not be recommending them EVER and I think it is disgraceful that they can be allowed to operate their business this way.
