After your email we sent our above mentioned car to Toyota Southern Motors,
Korangi Industrial Area and we are were very disappointed and disgusted by
the response and the behavior of the Toyota Southern Motor staff when we
told him that we have replaced and changed the brakes more than four times
since we have purchased the vehicle and this is going to be the fifth time
and they informed us one of the most absurd and bizzare reasons that we are
washing the car with saltish water that is why the brakes are going bad and
have to be replaced all these times! We gave them a simple reply that we
have a Honda Accord and Honda Civic and these problems never occurred with
the Honda's so why is it only happening to our Toyota Corolla with hardly
any mileage and for your kind information we are washing our Honda Accord
and Honda Civic cars with the same fresh sweet water!

This was an absolutely a joke and we were eventually blackmailed to keep the
car at their workshop for four days and then given an estimate to sign and
trap us to pay Rs. 22, 000/=.

It is not the money we paid and got the car back after four days but is the
way we were tricked by the staff and the way our people were treated as
nobody was answerable to us on the many phone calls, complaints and visits
to the workshop.


When we compare the service and attention that we get at Honda South it
definitely sums up that we will never purchase a Toyota vehicle in Pakistan
and shall inform friends and family members of our horrific experience and
they should also think twice before buying a Toyota Vehicle in Pakistan and
suffering at the hands of the most terrible Toyota workshop experience that
we have had!
