Overpaid
It was late night, about 10:20 p.m. after long hours of talking and getting nowhere, and under pressure to buy (ended up leasing) I was literary taken for a ride...I know it sounds stupid to complain about this, because they did not force me to pay this much, but a downpayment of 4000 plus 1500 for a trade in (that's a total of 5, 500 dollars) is a lot of money for a toyota highlander (not even hybrid or any upscale vehicle). Especially considering that my monthly lease of $320...I think their business practice is lacking professional ethics. I called them, and I called toyota, but they dismissed my complaint. I am not sure if I have a recourse but I thought that $5, 500 downpayment for a lease ($320 /month) for a toyota highlander is tooo much...

Broke my car
Based on the Service call back letter from Toyota, I took my car to the authorized toyota dealer. I gave them the car on 18th Nov'10 @ 10.30 AM and they advised me to take the car @ 3.30 PM, however when I went to pick my car, Sale Ops Director and Serivce Manager told me that, during servicing my car slipped from the hydrolic jack and its roof and back side got damaged. They said, it will be repaired and will give back my car in 1-2 weeks. I said, you will fix the exterior problems, what if in future there is some internal problems happens due to this accident ? Also, now my car will have a salvage title or its value will definately depricated, how you going to meet out that ? Can anybody advise me - what options I have and what all things I can negotiate on ?

costumer service
i bought a car from them on October the 11. i drove 1600 miles and the check engine, traction control, and vcs control lights turned on. i came to the dealer on november 17 and they said they will order some parts and call me to come back in 1 week. i asked why those light turned on and they said it was ok and to keep using the car.i want to know why these lights turned on in a new car and it needs a parts even though its brand new.i always used toyota cars because i thought that they were safe but after this im starting to have doubts because its a brand new car but it already has alot of problems. i would be very thankful if you pay attention to this problem.can i keep using the car with the these problems.thank you
