I purchased a 2011 Toyota Prius yesterday, March 8th, from Carl Hogan Toyota in Columbus, MS. It was a very rainy day, and the car had white paper floor mats over the regular floor mats when I picked up the vehicle. It wasn't until I got home that I saw the ugly black floor mats underneath when the interior of my car is Bisque. They totally ruin the appearance of the interior. I called the salesman at Carl Hogan back and told him that I wanted Bisque floormats to match my interior. He nicely informed my that Toyota now only puts either black or light gray mats in all its new vehicles. He said other customers have also complained about the new choice of color. Had I noticed them earlier, I would never have paid $200 for these floormats that look so horrible. I will not leave them in my pretty new vehicle and have them ruin its appearance. I would like for you to send me some color coordinated Bisque floormats like I paid for, and I will gladly return these ugly ones to Toyota. This is the third Prius I have owned, and I didn't dream I would be having this problem since I was pleased with my first two purchases. Even if you are no longer making Bisque floormats, I am sure you have some that will fit my new Prius. I look forward to hearing from you promptly.
