I was contacted by Mr. Derek Massio, as a response to my email inquiry of a auto they advertised on the internet. The next day Mr. Massio telphoned me and gave me a hard sell of the subject vehicle. He was insulting and I turned his offer down. For everday since July 29th 2009, Derek Massio has contacted me first in writing and now dailly with an email instructing me how to buy a car. I sent the General manager and Derek my last request to cease and desist on 8/3/09. He continues this harrassing email.
Therefore I am requesting the Commission to contact the Toyota dealer principal and command Mr. Massio to remove me from his email list and stop this daily harrassment immediately.
He is sending unrequested mail to ([email protected]). He is using the internet to harrass the public. He is probably broadcasting my mail address to other inwanted vendors.I also request that you confiscate his personel computer at the work place to investigate his ilicate activity. Thank for handling this matter, and would you send me copy of your correspondence with the principal at the dealership for my records.
