I ordered my merchandise on 11/9/09. my order was around $220 with about 30 items. I never received a single thing from ToyRocket.com. I e-mailed them numerous times receiving only automated responses, and than nothing at all. I called, incessantly for weeks and sometimes was able to speak with an actual person. Other times the mailbox was full. I was told something different every single time I called. I was told my tracking number was lost, I was told my package never shipped (after the tracking number was lost), basically I was lied to repeatedly. You only have 45 days to file a claim with paypal--I really wanted the merchandise which is the only reason I waited so long. I tried calling this company on 12/21/09 and their number had been disconnected. I decided to go ahead and file a claim with PayPal. I received and E-mail today notifying me my order had been cancelled and refunded. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR MERCHANDISE!!!

This company is unbelieveable to say the least! I placed a large order with them on: 11/15/09 and only purchased "in-stock" items to be sure that there would be no delay with my order. My order form also states that everything is in-stock & processing. I have repeatedly called this company only to get a non-human automated response and low and behold, there voice mailbox is full and not taking any messages. I have sent emails with no response. I am so ticked off I could scream. I intentionally ordered early enough to get and give these items for Christmas! I have ordered from Toy Rocket in the past on E-Bay. The shipping was slow, but the items did arrive eventually. At the time, they also had a human being answering the phone. Has anyone contacted the BBB? Just curious. I think I will! I would not recommend them to anyone! Buyer Beware!

I placed an order with this company on 11/15/2009. They charged my credit card for the full price of the order plus shipping, but the items have not shipped and it is now 11/24/2009. I called them on 11/18/2009, to make sure the items shipped within the 1-2 business days as stated on their website. I was told at that time that the items would ship on 11/23/2009. When I looked up the order online it still says "processing". I can't reach this company by phone and emails are answered through an automatic system. This is the email I received, which doesn't match the story I was given on the 18th:

"We received your inquiry regarding your order. Toyrocket.com has recently relocated to a new, more streamlined operational center and consequently some orders have been taking longer to ship. Rest assured that we are fulfilling orders as quickly as possible and will get your item(s) to you soon. We are restructuring our operations to provide better service to our customers and we appreciate your patience during this period."

I ordered items early this year expecting they would make it by Christmas. After reading some of the responses on this site, I'm seriously wondering if I will ever see the items!!

I ordered a Coraline doll from Toyrocket.com in June. It is now August and I still have not recieved the doll. Now today I recieved a letter stating that the Toyrocket.com company is filing bankruptcy and basically I have to sue them to try to get the money back. So not only did I not recieve the doll i ordered and paid for, but now I have to try to find it elsewhere and probably have to pay another $30. It's not fair that these companies can continually rip off consumers and they get "bailed out' in the end.

I placed an order for 11 items on December 2nd, 2008, have not received yet, in their website the status of the items in the order is "instock processing". I have sent several emails from their website through their order questions form and have been ignored, first I asked about the delivery time and the last to cancel the order since it has been more than six months. Still no response. The information regarding the order is the following:
