Manager was very rude and had bad Attitude.
I went to the service desk and ask the employee Beth for rebate slips on Battle Ship and Orthello. Iwas very nice and saying how lucky I was there was no line. She said it was very busy all day and saying what a bad day she was having and she had no rebate slips. I ask her are you sure they mention on T.V. She looked and through the paper towards me about rebates and kept saying the bad day she was having. I ask her if she could check my receits only the toys that were most expensive if on sale. I had a toe surgery so was hard to over walk the stores. She gave me a bad look and said how do you expect her to do that. I said the last girl did by the register to honor my $5.00 coupon. She said they did not do that and if I want to know sales go on line or walk around the store. She really had a bad Attitude with me and I asked for the Manager. With Attitude again she said she was the Manager and no one else could help me. She grab my receit and started to look in register still under her breath how busy she was all day and the bad day she was having. I told her I did not appreciate her Attitude towards me. She through the receit at me and waited on next customer in line like I was trash, a nobody. I went to leave and Beth was already talking about me to another employee calling me that lady. I walked past and told her call me by my name, Mary Ellen and told her again she really had a bad Attitude and I left. I was very upset the way I was treated. I had other shopping to do. I walked into the Mall and was so upset, I went home and was very Sick in my stomack on the way I was treated. I am 60 and never had that kind of treatment from a Manager/Employee. Beth was older than myself, I could understand if she was alot younger but no excuse on her behavor towards a customer. Thank You, Mary Ellen
