I hav bought TPG internet ADSL in the month of March 2011.The company promised to activate on 1.4.2011 and start monthly rent. Till today it has not been activated till todate. The company is asking money and charging monthly rent without actvation.
My user name is [email protected] and nominated number is 00 0411 5604. When i try to contact, they keep me on hold for very long periods(15-20 minutes.
Due this abnormality in the companys service and behaviour i dont want the service.
Can this company be taken to task for harrasment and mental agony to the customer and for charging rent without activation and wastaing my free assess period of one month
