I contracted TPMT Game Service Inc. to achieve a high arena rating. Not only did they not perform the service, their employee stole all of my WOW gold and most of the valuable loot my characters had aquired.

They have admitted that their player stole from me, but then gave me a bogus name of the player. I know this because the name they gave me was another player they had recruited to play with my character. Since the player they named would have been playing with my character - they would not have shared account information with him.

They want to reimburse me for approximately 1/3 of what their player stole, plus keep the original money given to them.

The customer representative(s) are all told or trained to lie as you can never speak to a supervisor, manager, boss or anyone above their level. He/ she will always be in in 12 hours or 2 days.

This comapany which also goes by the name team4power is nothing more than a scam.
